Breakers Resort Inn

There was no breakfast offered The ice machine didn't work. The first 2 workers when checking in was not friendly or helpful. And they were on there cell phone. There also was a lady smoking inside the building and we could also small marijuana in with in the building on first floor. Didn't know about the parking fees.

Great hotel right at the beach!

The hotel was amazing, right off the beach and located near everything making it very convenient for just walking distance. The rooms where clean also had a balcony that over looked the ocean which made for a great view in the morning. The staff was great. The hotel had a pool as well.

Okay and cheap option for 6 people. Parking is terrible and the rooms were outdated but cleanish. The all paper was peeling off the walls and the shower had mold. The cabinets in the kitchen area were all busted up, got stuck in the elevator alone for 15 minutes one day.

Exceptional

It was oceanfront property Very outdated. You have to pay to park in their parking lot and more than likely you’ll be in their overflow parking and you have to walk around the building and up a ramp to get into the hotel. There’s no housekeeping service unless you call by 10am to request it but nobody tells you that - you’ll figure it out when you put the sign up on your door that says “service please” and you come back from the beach and your room wasn’t touched. After two days we asked as the front desk and they said it was posted in the room - it is not posted in the room. Asked for towels and never received fresh towels.

The location The restaurant had closed down, both ice machines were broken, no air conditioning in the halls or elevator.

The room very clean and the staff very friendly

Right on the beach Not very clean and the AC didn’t work very well. Also when I gave them my credit card they charged me for the room again. And I’m currently trying to get my money back for that.

The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Parking was limited near the hotel, but there was a lot next door which was included. Great price compared to other hotels.

P.S. I’ve stayed at $30 motels that smelled better. Cleanliness level was fine, not great, but comparable to motels as well

Not too bad , it’s ok, acceptable.
