This Property is old apartment turn in to Hotel rooms ,the place is disgusting, dirty not adequate to be a Hotel i wish this places had some type of inspections, the bathroom faucet handle broke, stain old towels, the windows are dirty, smell old , they have a disgusting stove and old, old, appliances. Very,very, noisy A/C. Please Pay that extra little amount of $$ don't stay At this place . Your comfort is part of your vacation, this place ruined my relax time. EXPEDIA take this place out your list.

It’s good location but hotel personal need to do cleaning room and fixing electric stuff it’s not clean and I didn’t like it

I got this hotel for my daughter, not 5 minutes after she goth there in the late evening someone was trying to gain entry to the room, i came to find a lot of low life individuals having out outside. I pulled my daughter out and got her a room at a better hotel. Be ware of staying at this establishment

It was dirty blood. On sheets I told them all they said was ok

Honestly i wouldn’t go back ever. we had to wait way past 4 to check in and they were so unhelpful

Complete SCAM!!! The pictures online look nothing like the property currently. I got in the room and it smelled of dogs and cigarettes (even though its listed as a non-smoking building). The floors were covered in grime from not getting cleaned, both interior doors had been kicked in, there were exposed electrical components in multiple spots, and there was even a hat left from the guest before us. I was told by expedia to go to the front desk for a refund and was then yelled at by the splotchy face man working the main desk. Took me an entire day of my vacation on the phone arguing with expedia customer service ( which is about as useless as the cleaning staff at this hotel) and filling a report with the better business bureau to get my money back that they finessed me for with this fake listing. Even then expedia paid me back not theses people. Though I find it concerning that the listing is still up.

The Distance To The Beach EVRYTHING WAS TERRIBLE

It’s a horrible place furniture old broken rusted appliances it’s not hotel even if it’s free

La propiedad esta muy deteriorada y desaseada, las habitaciones y baños sucios! No hay confort, las camas y almohadas terrible, los aires acondicionado no servían, muy mala experiencia! Lo único que tiene buena ubicación todo esta cerca la playa el parque de atracciones...

Ceiling falling down. Fridge had rust. No hot water in the shower but hot water for sink. Room was dingy. Mattress was hard. Looks like a motel for crackheads. Pool looked dirty.

2 blocks to the beach the room is musty , chairs are old , there’s a oven is very old, cabinets are old and filthy ,the cabinet below the TV missing drawers,the aircon window type is open no cover.. but at least is working, bathroom faucet missing knob,towels are clean but with stain,floors has black caulking ,the table has marking of cigarette that was burnt , the window blinds in the bedroom is broken Please make it cleaner and removed furniture that are old it is not usable … it need renovation…..

Shower was BROKEN and not able to be used, had to scoop water out of bottom hose to bathe. No pots or pans provided with suite kitchen, requiring last minute spending for pots and spatulas, etc because we came prepared to cook. Dirty and dingy stains on the chairs that we didn’t want to sit in. Bathroom and room were clean with good air conditioner. Pool was small, but clean and deep. Only one small trash can in the space, had to throw out trash in the dump out front.

Very friendly staff, affordable and comfortable room, peaceful and quiet, short walking distance to the beach.

While the concept is great…to have a full kitchen, etc, there were zero dishes/pots/pans/utensils to use. Dishwasher, awesome! But if you use it you have to supply your own dishwasher soap. You want to cook a meal and brought your own stuff…cool, except the burners were all trashed and didn’t work on the stove. We stayed one individual night due to a misunderstanding with our original reservation. Water main break the next morning so no water to no fault of theirs. Checked into our room for the remainder of our stay and the laminate flooring was beautiful, except every time you walked anywhere water seeped up through the cracks and the next morning staff tried to say it was from the AC, nope. They did give us another room promptly which was another suite which was nicer than the first thankfully. Still zero amenities. You get new towels when you take your dirty ones to the office. And it’s 2 towels and washcloths per day, at the beach. Sand getting dragged in? Yep! Had to go ask for a broom and dust pan to clean up instead of one being available, in a suite. It was last minute scrambling for a place to stay after our original reservation was canceled while we were driving from. 9 hours away…4th of July weekend with a week trip planned. We had ZERO choice but to stay here for the week. The google pics don’t look terrible. NOT what is portrayed. Paid almost $1600 to stay here and they tried to charge me $10/day to park in their parking lot. NOPE! Thankfully I only saw one roach

Horrible customer service the pictures on booking look nothing like the pictures in person room has mold and written all over the bed fridge doesn’t work and refused to give my money back after seeing this in person I advice no one to book the photos are false !!! The worse customer service of my life

Roaches everywhere, tv never worked, pillows cheap, cover thin, shower trash ugh

It’s in need of major updates, but I’ve stayed at worse places, I will give it a 2 1/2 stars and I would stay there again if I were in need of a place.
