It was ok, but nothing great. We checked in late at night, and the employee didn’t give us good directions to the room, we were walking outside lost, we went back to reception and another employee did the same thing. Room was ok, but I would never go back there

I wouldn't come back to this hotel. It's very loud in the hallways with kids and the worse thing is the seagulls screaming all night. It's unbearable. I pre-paid months in advance for 7 night with my mom. We had a balcony room. It was so loud and I was woken up often. NEVER again.

Lovely hotel which is well positioned. The rooms were clean and big enough for a family. Staff were also very helpful when we needed them

Great staff, good restaurant. No designated pet area. Bed pillows in poor condition. No counter in bathroom.

Location was convenient. Rooms were clean and staff was unfailingly pleasant. But very little space to hang or store clothing which is inconvenient if you want to unpack. One small section of the closet had four or five shelves for shoes, but not much else. None of the furniture (night stand, tables or counter tops) had drawers or doors that opened. A little odd . . .

It was stylish, clean and comfortable The staff. Reception staff were disinterested and unfriendly and the bar/ restaurant staff borderline rude

Superb

Nice hotel in a great location with spacious suites and beautiful décor. We stayed in a city-view suite on a high floor. The room was cozy, and well-maintained, including the spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds. It was walking distance to the wharf and beach promenade. A nice bonus during our stay was the car show event hosted by the Sotheby’s motorsport. Pool was outside a main building. The price was a little high.

I think this property is in the process orf renovation, in that one room we stayed in was modern, and the other not so much. The property over all was high average, not a spectacular value, but a perfect downtown location. And the people were nice, the best part of any hotel .

Very comfortable and well sized room. Enjoyed the gym and family friendly pool area. Lovely jacuzzi. Excellent location.

Great

Excellent customer service from valets and all staff. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. The shower glass doors did not keep water from spilling all over the bathroom floor.

The localization Very expensive hotel for the services it provides. The bedroom is very small, the bathroom is old, and the front desk people are not very friendly

I love that they are there to love and support dogs. The location was awesome, the car auction was super fun, edit. It are all a great experience.
