It was very clean. Everything was good

Room was mostly clean minus a few stray hairs. Staff was nice and welcoming. Room was rustic with a good feel. Loved the fireplace and shower. Bed was nice and comfortable. Was walking distance from good food.

WOW! This was an exceptional property. The rooms were huge and classy, and genuinely it felt like staying at an upscale resort. The restaurant was incredible and right on property so it was very convenient. The fireplace in our room was a nice touch, and it was so helpful to have electric car chargers too. We loved our stay!

Good walking location and close to drive to other nearby attractions. Parking was a bit tricky and crowded at end of night.
-
Proximity to wharf and other eateries. Space was clean Smallness of room

I really liked the location and the style of the rooms. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. One of the wash cloths was stained with black spots I’m assuming it was makeup. There were also dried rose petals on the floor in the bathroom behind the toilet.

Always my favorite stay in Monterey. Walking proximity to restaurants, shops, breweries, bakeries, markets and downtown old town Monterey/Fishermans’ Wharf

Nice comfortable bed. Great location. A little noisy at night. Seating area outside the room.

A quick one night stay here on the way to Los Angeles. A gem of a place. The food in the restaurant was beautiful for dinner, Denny across the road for breakfast if you don’t want to have it in the hotel . Plenty parking outside all rooms. The room and bathroom was very big. We got an uber to Monterey aquarium and walked back from there. A great hotel in a fantastic place. We wish we stayed longer

car parking charge is excessive and unnecessary in my opinion. Breakfast not included and restaurant we thought was expensive so did not use it and walked 5 mins into town. Pool nice touch

Suzanne at the front desk helped my Sister move rooms 3 times First time was due to a recording device facing her room window from a roof top behind the hotel. Then moved her from a room that the ac didn’t work. She was alone with her 2 young daughters. Finally the 3rd move was safe and comfortable. I also had an issue. Our concierge king room.- ac was broken and not working front street traffic was awful. With no ac we opened the front window- but it was so load we had to shut it. First night maintenance brought a standing fan to cool the room. Suzanne was so very sweet She moved my husband and I so a beautiful room on the back of the property with a working ac. And a balcony. Had to move rooms several times to make sure my sister and her children were safe and comfortable. And again for our rooms too. A total of 4 moves.

Location, food, staff. The room smelled like dog urine. Bad lighting in the restroom. Room flooring creaked so bad.
-
Quick and easy check in process. Property feels like a apartment complex

The room was comfortable and had nice touches like the fireplace. We had a good pool view and took advantage of the amenities like the pool, onsite restaurant, and gym. We enjoyed breakfast it was delicious, I had the French toast and my partner had a breakfast burrito. We shared it so I can attest both dishes were very good. The gym was described as a little small but adequate for vacationing, I used the pool for morning exercise and my partner used the gym. We never got to the spa as it was a short trip so I cannot say anything about that but the staff we interacted with were all professional and attentive.

The room and gym are very moist
