Maya at the front desk was an absolute gem. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast each day was delicious, and the AC worked wonders! Right in the heart of everything. Short walk to anything we wanted to do

I loved the location, especially with Firecakes donuts right around the corner. The staff is very helpful and enthusiastic. On a previous visit, I stayed at another hotel, which I usually like, and was almost afraid of the staff. This was the complete opposite. The room was great, spacious. I loved the trundle bed instead of the usual uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. It would have been great when my kids were smaller. The only thing that wasn't great was the wait for the elevator in the morning, and you can't take stairs from the 2d level lobby down to the ground floor. Minor inconvenience. And the price is steep.

Honestly, this is the best place ever we stay!!! Hotel stuff over feel very kind and helpful, greeting! Our suite was clean and with modern furniture and surrounding. the hotel is located in heart of downtown - many attractions are within walking distance! I really recommend this hotel - I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Breakfast and staff was excellent

Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, parks, etc. We were on the 5th floor, and heard very little street noise (except for a very occasional siren). Breakfast was very nice-good variety, nice dining room.

Room was very spacious for a downtown Chicago hotel. Buffet breakfast was terrific! Lots of choices and a great variety of hot and cold foods. Room was functional and clean. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Chicago area.

The room was a good size. It was clean. We were on a higher floor and could hear rescue vehicles but that wasn't an issue for us. The fire house is right around the corner. The staff was courteous and helpful. We didn't take advantage of the hotels breakfast. We went to Einstein Bros. Bagels on the corner. We walked to Navy Pier. The hotel was central to a lot of fun things that are walkable.
