Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown

The Hotel and the room were spotless. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the breakfast staff! Breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. We had a great stay.

Everything is clear, thank you. However, you still haven’t refunded the $400 that you charged us immediately on the day we checked into your hotel. By the way, we have never experienced this before — taking such a large deposit in advance. The receptionist told us that the $400 would be refunded back to our card, but we still haven’t received it.

view from the 20th floor was great. The beds were comfortable. Our corner room gave us a bit of extra space. Lobby was spacious and food was excellent - plenty of seating. dimmers for bathroom and for lights over the bed / nightlight of some sort.

On site laundry which is essential when on an extended travel Plastic cutlery, paper plates, hot breakfast was poor with a poor selection.

Great hotel! Clean and helpful staff. Good breakfast. A little noisy at night due to proximity to the fire station. All in all great stay!

The location is great and the terrace is beautiful The bed made noise when u turn, the pillows are very soft and sink in, they charge you a deposit and then take the parking fee from and didn’t tell us

This was a beautiful hotel, clean, friendly. I’d like to give the early evening valet gentleman his flowers though. He was a pure gem & most helpful & so kind.

Nice hotel with a good location. Breakfast was bad, and the parking option was just a couple bucks off the standard price of public lot located a few blocks away.

Great location with easy access to much of Chicago. Our corner room was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandkids. Nice pool area. Clean and spacious rooms. It didn't bother us but there is a fire station across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The entire property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Everything from our room and the lobby to the breakfast hall and restaurant was spotless and polished. Warren’s outstanding hospitality really made our experience even better, and we truly appreciated all of his help!
