Rooms are clean. Staff are nice.

We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed this hotel. It was very cozy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and the shuttle service was clutch. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant that just opened. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights with family, loved the location as it was convenient to where we wanted to go and visit. The hotel was well kept, front desk staff was friendly and we tried the newly opened restaurant on site which was really good.

Nice room. Thermostat didn't work correctly but staff tried to be accommodating by providing a fan after we refused a room change.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. Everything was pretty easy from check-in to check-out. A few small things could be improved, but overall it was a good experience and I’d consider staying here again

My kids room also smelt like mildew as well. All of us actually ended up waking up with headaches.

The location is also great, very close to Universal Studios and many other attractions around Los Angeles. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was beautiful, clean, perfect location. Nothing

I got in last minute and check-in was very nice. Wasn't supposed to get in until 3pm and the staff were able to get me in early. Even with being short handed! New restaurant wasn't quite ready to open but I was able to get a fabulous dinner. All staff were wonderful and the room was great! If I'm ever here again, I will definitely stay at this property!

Great location for visiting the nearby studios. We enjoyed using the heated pool at the neighboring Safari Inn, and the hotel shuttle made getting around Burbank so easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

nice size room They didnt inform us that they would close the restaurant/cafe due to reform. They started the drilling at 8am which, when you are jetlagged not the best.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and having a refrigerator and coffee maker made everything more convenient. The free airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the staff was welcoming from check-in to check-out.
