Burbank Inn and Suites

The first picture of the motel is the pool ,, there is no pool!!! No microwave , no food within walking distance, and for what you do get , it's overpriced

Room was clean, and staff was nice

Room served its basic purpose, a place to sleep and shower. When we opened the room it had a smell like it eas not opened in weeks, we had to leave the door open for almost 1 hour. chair on the desk was broken and it's a risk for an accident. The sofa looked old and had faded color with a little ottoman tha didnot match anything. We stayed 2 night and they did not clean our room or replace towels, luckily we had set the beds ourselves before we left in the morning, so when we returned we did not have a big mess. They did not wven picked up the trash, nothing!!!. There is bearly any service in the front desk, they are rude and you don't even get a good day or night; and when I went to check out the reception smells terrible and aeems they do not turn on the a/c. Parking is to small and has to many compact parking spaces, it was an issue for us as we arrived in a SUV. My guess that property has been unattended for some years and hence the condition. Pictures in the Expedia site give the place an appearance it does not have any longer. Saludos, Guiller Maldonado

Overall, everything was good. The only things I would suggest improving are the bed, as the mattress was too soft, and the shampoo and conditioner, which were not very good quality. Other than that, I had a good experience.

There were ants or some form of insects roaming around on the table. I have taken video of it if you want it I can send it to you.

The room was nice and clean plenty of room. I would highly recommend this place.

There was no pool- it was filled with cement- other than that- ok

wasn't what the app said; they didn't have a pool or breakfast. When I booked through the Expedia app, it supposedly included all of that, but when I arrived at the property, it turned out the app hadn't been updated to reflect the actual amenities.

Clean and quiet

A pleasant surprise. Nice room, clean and current. Good mattress. Only item I did not like, the soap was hard and would not suds at all.

The property looks like had been renovated before but lots of things still look outdated and not modernize. One thing very important is they should provide a non slip mat in the bath tub because it is very slippery when wet. I almost slip and fell when I took a shower. Also, a shower head is missing. There was also no plugs near the bed for phone charging. Air conditioning pretty noisy also. But overall, it was a good stay to have some rest.

The room was very basic but nice and clean, as was the bathroom.

From the outside, though clean and well maintained, it appeared to be old and therefore I thought the interior of the rooms would also be old. However, I was surprised to find a delightful room that had been updated and was sparkling clean with a warm and cozy decor. It will be my go to hotel whenever I travel to Burbank!
