The team on reception were smiley, helpful and always professional. The size of the room/suite was excellent. Before booking this property you need to realise that, other than four chairs in the lobby, there is no available space (for example, a lounge, bar, seating area, etc.) to relax or just sit in and have a coffee or a drink outside of your room. The Eliot is a good hotel ... but all it provides is rooms.

A beautiful hotel in a classic style, in an excellent location. We were given a spacious and enjoyable suite. Large bedroom and living room like in a private home. Iron, ironing board, coffee maker, kettle, coffee and tea. The staff brought us bottles of water every day. The staff was courteous and helpful. A very positive experience. I would love to return. No breakfast was available. We came at 22:00 and we cold not find anything to eat near the hotel.

Wonderful hotel just expected a little more variety with room service options especially for young children or food allergies but hotel itself and staff were fantastic.

Door staff were super friendly and beds were comfortable. Our suite was spacious with a nice view. WiFi issues, cleanings were never done until late afternoon when we would come back from our day. Property is a bit dated and needs some upgrades.

It’s a good hotel overall. The rooms could definitely use a little renovation—they feel a bit worn out, and the carpets have some stains. The hotel staff is great, though, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I wish all hotels had the same standards as the Elliott, very nearly perfect.

Location good Very tired. Rooms in need of a major refurbishment. Bedroom and suite carpets tired, shabby and soiled. Bathroom extremely small. Shower very poor, small space and antiquated . Shower curtain not good in a shower. Air filter in shower filthy. Bedroom door very hard to open. Safe on a very high shelf I had to climb on the bed to check it was empty. No residents lounge .
