Didn’t like being in back and on 2 floor

Very pushy woman at desk trying to get me to timeshare breakfast. She was really really over the top to the point of where I purposely did not go because she was so aggressive.

Nice size There were two couples and was disappointed that one room had twin beds.

Lots of room. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of activities Pools did not open until 10 am. No towels available at pools. No snack/ food options

The size and location of the property was great, exactly what we needed. Very close to all of the attractions and shopping, and we were even able to see some skunks and bunnies! The lack of cleanliness of our units was a huge disappointment! We had to wash all of the linens and towels and the floors were dirty and some spots sticky. There were different hairs from previous tenants on towels and the sheets under the duvet, it was very gross and unsettling.

It was quiet and very well maintained The mattress is in need of an upgrade. Was a little uncomfortable for my liking.

Cleanliness of the actually grounds and how spacious the townhouse was. The only complaint was the front desk people were not helpful when we got there they didn’t tell us what we were supposed to do when we were leaving they couldn’t find my reservation and they were no help to us. They said there was nothing they could do to help us. We ended up finding it on our own and it was a gentleman and two or three other workers just sitting around talking and swearing with each other not very professional

The house was private. One hot tub was not working properly. The other two were barely warm. There were also babies and 3 and 4 year olds in the hot tubs, some unattended.

The parking at the hotel was not good. You are not guaranteed a space near your rooms. Our room's phones didn't work.

I appreciate the clean amenities, including the bedrooms. The staff was very helpful. Pool was great. It was in a great location- close to everything

We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. We were very comfortable, the staff was amazing. Ms.Tara was an absolute life saver and made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. The young lady at check-in I believe her name is Najae, my apologies if I didn't pronounce it correctly. But, she was amazing, very polite, well spoken, super patient when it was a line of people, and made everyone feel attended to as if they were the only people there. We had an amazing stay! But, there were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere in the unit.

King Creek has the perfect location for all the needs of your vacation. I am taking about traveling in the area. One thing I didn’t like was there needs to be more lights to guide you thought out the complex. See above

Very clean 4 bdrm home & spacious, working appliances, huge sauna bathtub. Didn't enjoy the experience with the "Rat Snake"; some addresses can be a little confusing. The comforter on the beds isn't heavyweight.

This was a great location and the staff was outstanding. Check-in was speedy and efficient, good experience with campus. The unit was clean and comfortable.

The pools, location, and employees Dryer didn't work well and the 2 rm tvs didn't get the cable service... I didn't want to waste time having to wait for maintenance to fix it with a family of five we're on the move.
