Toilet broken, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Elevator broken

They lost my reservation and were not polite, nor professional about it. And while trying to figure out a solution they were not accommodating at all, even knowing they were the ones at fault. I ended up at a different hotel across town. The lobby was dark and dingy! The staff was rude and unprofessional. And I would never recommend this place!

The worst thing of the trip was the lighting inside the elevator that was nonexistent. There was nothing except the glow of the floor number, Told the front staff abo, no response/nothing. The building overall needs a complete refresh, painting inside and out, carpet is threadbare in spots. The breakfast was wiped out by soccer club kids and there was nothing left. The juice machine stopped working. As I said, the whole location needs a refresh. Definitely won't stay again on weekends. Not a favorite location.

Everything was wonderful except there was to TV service the whole time (4 days) we were there. Staff said it was being worked on and would be resolved ASAP, which did not happen.

It took a long time to get our room and staff were not very friendly about itk

Muy bueno

On the morning of our departure, the wi-fi system did not recognize us as guests. The clerk at the front desk did not help in us getting a connection.

The facility was adequate. The indoor, "heated" pool was cold and the ceiling above it was falling down. The wallpaper in the bathroom had water damage and the faucet in the bathtub almost came out of the wall when I switched it to shower. One of the rooms we rented smelled of old wet cigarettes. Staff was friendly but unable, or unwilling, to refund our money from the night the power was out. We were told "It was only out for 2 hours." We had an 8 month old baby with us and could not sit around waiting to see if the power would come back on or not. We booked that night at a hotel where the power was on for the comfort and safety of not only the baby but the two adult women.

Cable for TV goes in and out but the rest of the experience was wonderful.

When we arrived to check into our room the front desk lady said that the entire system was down so we would not be able to check into our rooms. We waited an hour and a half in the lobby to check in. I’ve had something similar happen at other hotels and they always offer to get us into a room and let us check in later. The lobby was extremely hot and we weren’t offered water or anything for our time. We ended up having to get ready for a wedding in the hotel lobby and were late to the wedding because of it! I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Not worth the price.

We had no tv service the two days we were there and we couldn’t check in till 7pm something about network not working that we had to wait to get our rooms
-
Hilton system was down. Unable to check in and it was HOT outside and waiting in the lobby. Once we got a room, no TV and no Wi-fi. The air conditioning DID work great and the mattress was great.

The furniture and carpet were all very old and tired and the floors very squeaky. to wash your hands, there was no bar of soap, you had to reach into the shower and use the bottle of soap hanging on the wall along with the bottles of shampoo and conditioner. No little bottle of lotion, it was a refill bottle that who knows how many people had used it before you. Breakfast was cold waffle iron was needing to be cleaned. When we checked in on Wednesday night, we had t.v. and wifi. the next morning, we had neither. when we left Friday morning the wifi and T.v. were still not on. They did say nobody in the hotel had service and they were working on. it.

The hotel overbooked and did not provide the room type I booked. This was an essential piece of my reservation and the hotel staff was unconcerned and unaccommodating. I was told the double queen room I was given had a higher price so I should be happy. I would have been happy with the king bed that I booked and some apology and accommodation. The property was also not very clean, the sink wouldn't drain properly, and our room did not have soap in it upon arrival.

This hotel was very run down and the cleanliness was sub par. The side of the nightstand had stains all over and it looks like the hallway carpets are hardly ever cleaned. Our room also only had 3 towels upon arrival for 4 people and when we asked the front desk for more- they said they didn’t have any because they were all in the dryer. The staff was fine, but I would not recommended this hotel based off cleanliness alone. It is in need of a major update and remodel.

Room maintenance was a little sloppy. In our 5/day stay, the room was cleaned only once. Were they understaffed? I expected a bit more quality at a Hilton property.
-
Pretty decent but not quite to the standard you'd expect from Hilton. The chair in the room was stained and dirty. The breakfast was a bit lacking, too.
