YIKES! Roaches in the bathroom, door didn’t fully seal. Police on site for a domestic issue. Bedding was filthy. We felt unsafe and left within 5 minutes of getting to the room. Would not ever go back.

I only liked the person who checked me in . (Day shift) The bed did not have fresh bedding (red stains on pillow cases). Noisy , night shift front desk staff was extremely rude, unprofessional. Falsely accused me and my partner of stomping and running around our room and also claimed we had young children in our room stomping and “alone” . And then made claims that a police report was made but none of it was true . They refused to refund us and put us out. We had only been there for 45 mins and while I was checking in it was already extremely loud and I had saw a lot of children there but mine was out of town with family.

The pool was closed the entire time of our 3 day stay. Traveling with 3 children , the pool was a booking factor for our family. The biscuits were like bricks, and the coffee was always cold.

The breakfast is not good no jelly for the toast and know eggs. Need something else other than gravy and biscuits. Try sausage and eggs

The room was really comfortable. The breakfast need better options and the staff need some new carts they’re so loud in the morning. Also the pool was very dirty and was told it’s gonna be weeks before it becomes available.

The hotel was located in a great area right next to my favorite seafood place , safe environment as well Everything was great! Minus the mini fridge , the freezer part was thawing out so water was on the floor .
