No breakfast location was great Bugs flying on the wall shower rod broken

Great view, did not expect to pay extra fees once checking into the hotel, parking horrible, could not get a room with handicap accommodations or disabled veterans. I became extremely ill after a severely over priced breakfast at the hotel restaurant. I had scrambled eggs and cream chipped beef that cost me over $34.00 totally wasn't aware of the price or food standards for patrons. What is to be paid extra after checkin, parking is horrible even with handicap decals or license plates. Very very over priced due to it's location but does not match the quality of the hotel.

The location was the only thing acceptable about the hotel, and the staff was friendly. Room had a broken phone, thank goodness no emergency in the middle of the night. Mattress was older and very uncomfortable. Old pink toothpaste from someone's kid on the sink bottom. Only reason I stayed another night was because I didnt want to move my things for 1 more day. Definitely will find a different hotel next time.

The water pressure was really good. The location was great. The bathroom had black mold along the tub. The furniture was beat up. None of the outlets along one wall worked - I couldn't charge my phone or use the lights along the bed.

the location was perfect...right on the boardwalk with a spectacular ocean view...There were even a couple resident bunny rabbits on the lawn below our balcony....made it feel a bit more like being home...

The check in were easy. I would recommend to focus in the bathroom cleaning. I wasn't sure if the bathtub was dirty or had stains, but it didn't look clean. Also, I didn't like that I had to pay an extra $23 per room. Why was this extra charge not included in the final price.

The accusation were great for the price. Excellent location right on the beach. It was a little outdated by doable and there were no microwaves in the rooms. The ice machine was out of order and you had to go to a different floor for ice.

The view was amazing, location of hotel was great. Loved the quite hours. The pool was nice & relaxing. Parking was easy & had lots of options. Staff was friendly & very informative.
