Very nice place.

The lady who checked me in was very nice and the hotel was very clean. The cleaning ladies were very helpful. I wish I remembered everyone’s names

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice but had minimal English, even the desk clerk. I couldn't break a $50 bill to leave the housekeeper a tip bc the desk clerk was not supposed to keep cash on hand. There was a small park across the street that was great for walking the dogs. Parking was very convenient but there was a daily charge.

Nice and quiet. Clean property. Food on site. Friendly accommodating staff. & the location to everything within a few minutes. They have a shuttle service to get you around. Also the metro train is close and food places. A win all the way around. 10 out of 10 will stay again. Parking is 15 per night just a heads up. But safe secure. You park under the hotel.

the ac didn’t work, it was 92 degrees outside. we slept in 78 degrees room.

Nice quiet location, easily accessible. We picked due to its proximity to Wolf Trap's Filene Center. Staff was friendly. We only had breakfast in the restaurant so can't speak to the rest of the menu, but what we had was good. The 24-hour pantry store with self-checkout kiosk was well-stocked and convenient. Would stay here again for sure.

When your check-in is delayed 1 hr and check-in already late, this cancels and good quality of hotel!

Great hotel!

The breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy. Just eggs, sausage and toast. It would have been nice to have a few more choices. The bar menu for dinner was very limited as well. I thought it was ridiculous to charge $8.25 for a small bag of Doritos, but we were hungry after the concert, so I paid for it. Next time I will definitely bring my own snacks.

Can have the two small water bottles! Seriously!!!! Also not any indication in the room that you will be charged $6 for water bottle! The room: the AC is like 50 years old and you get startled when it starts and is very loud, the shower handles one broken and the other was so loose we didn’t care to call and wait for their plumbing service because we needed to check out in 2 hours. I would stay away from this hotel, thete are plenty of good ones around and better service for same price, I just fell in their trap. Learned my lesson.

I arrived at 2pm, 1 hour before checking after a 3.5 drive, I called ahead and asked if they would please have my room ready, they said they couldnt guarantee it. I arrived and it wasnt ready, so I parked and took their free shuttle to the mall unable to freshen up. I called about 730pm to have shuttle pick me up again from the mall and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, twice, (shuttle ends at 8pm) my sister also tried calling and same thing, we tried telling her what it was for before she put us on hold, we sisnt mind holding, we just didn't want to miss the shuttle time. We didn't but she wasnt helpful. We came back, got our room, clean, nice, modern. Bed is hard, killed my back. We called for 4 extra pillows, again, same desk person tells us, ok but we have to go pick up, my sister confirms that we can in fact get 4, she says yes, when we get down to desk, she tells us, sorry, I can only give you two. When we checked in, she also failed to tell us we needed to use the room key to activate the elevator and we thought it was broken, got out, went to the other elevator, shes right there seeing this and STILL doesnt asks why or what's happening. The shuttle driver saw what was happening, saw our confusion and immediately told us what to do. Another hotel guest, was also jumping in with his luggage, he also wasnt told. So besides the night desk person needing some good customer service skills/training. The hotel is in a good location, clean. Need better beds. But nice place.

Great!

Check-in and check-out staff were professional and helpful. Front desk early morning staff had difficulty creating a room key. When I went to the restaurant, I was not greeted, I was pointed at and told "you sit there." So I did not dine there. Bleach marks on carpet in hallway. Grout needed repaired in bathroom. There is some outside free street parking in the shade.
