Terrible customer service

Found a 💉 top n d room. Floor was nasty. Bathroom was nasty. Had roaches. No telephones in room to make calls in case of emergency. Microwave didn't work
-
Not good experience. Stay when there when you have no other choice.

Rooms was nasty floors was sticky didn’t have an ice bucket I’ll never go back ever again!!

Paid for this place without looking at the reviews..yikes. It was cheap sure but the room we got was missing the extra lock on the inside of the door which has prevented our child from running out of the door in the past. Staff moved us to another room which was nice but the fridge was not working and there was a puddle of water on the ground, there was also roaches. We decided to leave and went down the road instead.

Ok

Sheets and towels were stained. Beds were decent though. Strange people kept walking by peeping in the window so we couldn't keep our curtain open.

Good place to stay my experience was a quiet place and near everything you need.

Fridge has black stuff and water in it. As soon as I walked in and turned air on the air conditioner fell apart. Pool was late opening the next morning. And they went into my room and took my stuff out of it before check out time!

I'm still staying here

Rooms where not clean at all cleaned at it but they where understanding and did refund me my total price

There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and wasn’t attached to the actual sink. A spider was on the bathroom floor(not a huge deal) smelled of marijuana and another odd smell. I was there 20 minutes and checked out. My kids didn’t feel safe and were almost in tears. I left and went to a much better hotel. The worker was nice and friendly though.

In a good location near the main intersection in Tupelo. Had a good price for the holiday... I wasn't expecting much for the price, just the basics, but the room I was in had a slight odor to it, maybe from a pet. There was noise from banging and doors closing that echoed, maybe because the room was located in a walkway, and some of it could have been from the housekeepers working

Some stuff is out of date and needs to be fixed or redone.

At around 8:45 a.m. we got a knock on a door and it was an older man saying he was a housekeeper. He did not have a cart just a broom. When I seen him clean a room it took him five minutes and he went to the next. He seemed very grumpy but did not look like a housekeeper at all. This same guy literally was riding his bicycle on the top floor of the hotel. I think he was scaring the kids.

Probably the best stay I've had.
