Liked the courtyard for mingling with our group. Very quiet considering it is on a busy road. Rooms are a good size. Appreciated the water pressure and shower head. Great public transport options. The beds could stand with a mattress topper as they were pretty hard

Good location. Value for money. Microwave available in common area. No hairdryer or wine glasses available. Bathroom floor not clean.

Location suited our visit. Close to family. Frustratingly they requested a copy of the credit card used for the booking but we did not have it with us. Wouldn’t take any of my husband’s cards as bookings account in my name. Requested cash in lieu of a card and we had to run around to find this. Was told the 7/11 next door had an atm but it didn’t, even though signage in the room also suggests that.

The only thing we liked was the location was close where we attended an event It was dirty and the front desk person was not helpful nor friendly

Good size room, it was cool having a hot tub right in the living space for a morning spa while watching the news. Strong hot water. The room seemed a little tired and ran down. Using a band-aid to keep the battery in the TV remote is a bit gross. No blackout curtains so the room got quite bright in the morning. The walls let a lot of noise through .
