Good selection at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and staff were great! The width of the parking spaces was so narrow that I couldn’t open my door to get in the car and I was in a normal sized vehicle.

Everything was very clean ,breakfast was excellent ,beds where comfortable ,staff was very nice I liked everything

Very conveniently located in Downtown Springfield, very accessible by public transit, to anywhere you need to go, etc etc I became very ill with a stomach issue while out during my 2nd of 3 days in Springfield area. The final morning of my stay I came downstairs to the breakfast area at 6,630am to find multiple homeless people picking through the food with their bare hands, no front desk staff, kitchen or security were present in the area. It was apparent this was not their first time doing this. I ended up putting two and two together after I left, but this location needs security or more attentive night/morning staff

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly, but still nice and quiet. It is conveniently located near downtown. My family and I all enjoyed staying here.

What I like about this hotel was the breakfast time. I also like that it was so clean, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I really love that they respect when the sign was at the door do not disturb. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool there was mold on the walls and ceiling. And some of the ceiling was falling out so I was scared it was going to fall to me and my kids. But overall I had a great experience I will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you

The good things were the clean room and the great breakfast they served other than that I won’t be returning here. The beds were hard as a cardboard box a week back home and still aching horrible for a long stay, and the parking people are lacking common sense taking up two parking spaces when the property does not have much to offer on that. Housekeeping were some rude as they were stand in the hallways while cleaning and gossip to where we could hear all and evey business they spoke about and the door slamming while cleaning the room instead of been more understanding that the floor was not empty still guest there :/
