well maintained facilities, friendly staffs, continent location. It was a nice stay.

Good hot breakfast. Room was very spacious and clean, however, it did have an old cigarette smell. Otherwise happy with our stay and would stay again.

The staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional. The room was clean and had what we needed. Although I thought straightening with new towels and TP etc. was every 2 days instead of 3. Had to ask for supplies a few times. The breakfast was offered for a good amount of time for early/late risers. Only suggestion is to maybe offer a variety of foods every few days such as biscuits/gravy, then French toast, pancakes, homemade oatmeal, various fruits, flavored yogurt etc. egg variety was good. Great place and will stay again for sure! Thanks

Best Western Plus was the farthest north hotel in Spokane. We were attending a wedding north of Spokane, so the location was perfect! It was close to food & entertainment, and was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful!

The staff were wonderful, from checking in to breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious, very happy during our stay, would definitely recommend!

The room was clean but very small and right next to the elevator. Not a fan! The next door neighbors and above us were VERY noisy.

The stay was great. A big variety for breakfast, the room is spacious and clean.

Our room had a lingering smoke smell, like it had been smoked in before. Not due to the forest fires, but cigarettes. Breakfast was free, but unimpressive.

Perfect location to everything (shopping and restaurants). Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered options for every one. Pillows in room are awesome. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Spokane.

Clean and perfectly maintained hotel.

Theresa, who was working in the morning made our stay enjoyable because she was from Hawaii, and that is where we live. She made time to talk to us and did her job making sure everyone was also sure there was food available at all times.

Great coffee and great shower pressure. Quiet room in a good location. I was impressed.

The hotel was hidden so it was hard to spot but that just made it alittle more quiet
