Very good

Pretty location on the water. Old facility. The rooms have high humidity. They have a dehumidifier in the room, but once it fills it cuts off. It is very uncomfortable sleeping in high humidity. Our clothes came home smelling musty as well as our travel bags. Had to wash everything and wipe down our bag in Lysol.

I celebrated my 60th birthday with about 50 more individuals which included family, friends, and colleagues. We enjoyed our dinner in the Smithfield Station Restaurant. The service and food was outstanding. I am looking forward to coming back. Customer service was outstanding!!! N/A

We loved the Smithfield area and the Smithfield Station overall was very unique. The staff were very friendly and the Restaurant food was excellent. The hotel is a quaint historic building and the room had nice updates. Wonderful walk in shower, and very comfortable bed. The room we were assigned to was very small and had damp smell when we entered. From the photos online we were expecting a much nicer room. For the price we paid for 2 nights, it just was not what we expected.

Great staff, AC worked great, great restaurant.

All we can say is what a beautiful place to stay! Unique -most certainly! Bed was comfy…view from our veranda was spectacular! Just an all around beautiful stay even though the storm blew out the power for a little while. Thank you so very much for a reasonably priced hotel with such a touch of class & pride in ownership with down to earth service 🇨🇦

Location, restaurant onsite, nice area, view. No elevator so had to lug suitcase upstairs. Bathroom door wouldn't stay open so lots of humidity in bathroom

It was ok, but some items taste old Some of food was cold and bagels were old

What a nice view! Room was lovely. Nautical theme with wildlife was done thoughtfully and spanned the building. Restaurant was great and breakfast offered choices for all. Bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant was charming, with a beautiful view, drinks and appetizers were delicious!!! Our room was spacious, clean, extremely & comfortable. We took time to relax and to sit on the balcony and enjoy the nighttime view. Even though it was hot, we loved that we could enjoy the fireplace while watching TV, without having to have heat from it. We can not wait to go back again!! Little pricey at the restaurant however, you get what you pay for and it was delicious.

Diamond in the rough

Enjoyed our stay on the water with great views. The room was a little sticky/humid (also hard to control by water), but other than that we had a wonderful visit and will return!

We will be staying again for sure!

Location, service & Dining I didn't like having to carry my luggage up stairs while checking in.
-
Amazing experience on this hotel. The room was big and comfortable with a very nice modern bathroom. The room with a front view to the water with a big balcony made it worth the stay.

The trails at Windsor Castle were really nice and the town is quite quaint, great for a weekend visit.
