Marriott Savannah Riverfront

The location is perfect. Central to all restaurants and bars on riverstreet. The hotel has a bar and restaurants as well. The bar closes too early.

My experience was nice but I really would have liked to have a microwave in my room.

The location was wonderful. The available parking was also a plus. Our room was what I would expect from a Marriott. Specifically, with our room, the sliding glass door to our balcony felt like it was riding on rocks. And my wife could not physically open the door. Maintenance must take a look at it promptly. Other than that, the room was fine.

Unfortunately, the room felt dated and showed signs of wear. The sheets were noticeably wrinkled, there was visible dust on the lampshades, and I was uncomfortable with the amount of dust/debris in the area where the bathroom towels were stored. The bathroom sink also did not drain properly and required a maintenance visit and repair shortly after check-in. I appreciated that maintenance responded promptly. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and noticed that the menus were visibly dirty. None of these issues individually ruined our stay, but collectively they gave the impression that the property needs greater attention to housekeeping and upkeep. Given the Marriott name, I expected a more polished experience. The location is a definite plus, and with some updating and improved attention to detail, this could be a much better property.

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront has a great location to see the historic riverfront. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Parking (paid) was large and easy to get in and out of.

The location is amazing with the river view I arrived after a very long flights And the room wasn’t ready then short time after they said it was ready But when i got in i found vapes and all other stuff that other people used and the room wasn’t even cleaned they just organized it a little bit and didn’t even bother to change the mattress and they told me that they will give me a discount which i never had And the manager asked me what wine i prefer if white or red And neither was brought for me. P.s i was in my honeymoon and i mentioned that to the staff and i got all of this in contrast

The staff was friendly. We ordered room service the food arrived fast it was hot and delicious. The one thing I didn't like was having to pay 45.00 a night for self parking. I think that's ridiculous to have to pay that much to park your own car and have no type of security to try to insure the vehicles and secure

Good location WIFI didn't work asked staff members and they could not help. Pool area very poor.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice! Rooms are spacious and the hotel was a whole vibe!

The interior deck under was a gr8 touch!
