The overall hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, nothing special. The bathtub/shower in our room creaked and we felt as if we were going to fall through the floor! I’m pretty sure the people below us could hear every move we made while showering. Also we got over charged a night. We stayed 2 nights and got charged for 3. We didn’t realize it until we got back home and checked the bank. We called to let them know and the man who answered was rude as anything and argued with us that we didn’t. We did end up talking to someone and they corrected it but it took almost a week for us to get our money back.

Great staff, lovely and comfortable room, breakfast has something for everyone and the grounds are well-kept. Couldn't ask for anything more! Well, okay, just for fun, they could add... NAH. It's wonderful!!

Would stay there again

Staff was great. Room very clean, bed very comfortable. A little disappointed that it was a distance to walk to downtown. The ad was that it was located in historic district my impression it was closer. Paper cups in the rooms. Breakfast was great if you liked waffles, but eggs, busicits and gravy were disappointing.

It was the worst maintained property I have stayed at, food on the furniture and the floor in the dining area- at 7 am on a Sunday. Our room was “cleaned” very poorly: furniture was not wiped, our bedroom floor was filled with sand and dirt after the cleaning person said she had swept it. Upon sweeping it again, the huge amount of sand was swept onto the hallway carpet. The proximity to downtown was a exaggerated.

The property was clean and quiet. It was close to everything walking distance. I would stay again.
