Staff were friendly. Floors in our room were dirty. The property is not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. Very noisy person in room next to us and when we told.front desk about it they were of no help. My room did not get cleaned daily like they said. I had to empty trash and get fresh towels.etc. from house keeping.

People here like to drink a lot and so it was very noisy all hours of the night. The hotel itself was good. Not a ton of room at the pool. The Tiki bar area was nice and there was live music on Saturday.

Very clean room and pool. All staff was extremely friendly. Kudos to older male bartender inside the restaurant! Made the BEST Pina Colada Ive had in a while. See yall next summer

Room had a musty smell. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Pool was great beach access great and service at the pool shack perfect. Restaurant food so/so and we were ignored when coming in for dinner during music bingo!

Beach and pool. Was not there long enough to try out the restaurant with live entertainment. Might have been nice. Had a Keurig type coffee maker in room. But no free bottled water provided for use? Thought that was standard these days.

We loved this resort! I went with my 11 year old daughter. We loved our balcony with the ocean view, relaxing by the pool with live music, and being able to rent an umbrella chair set up for the beach making it so easy. It was a short drive to the Old City of St Augustine. Highly recommend!

I liked the bunk beds and small room divider . The accessible pool , ease of beach access. The staff are nice. Only thing annoying is that people are allowed to smoke at the sitting area near the restaurant and hotel, near the pool are .. absolutely disgusting! Can’t enjoy the fresh outdoor beach air and have to practically run while holding your breath to get past it. Wish that was different :( The smokers congregated at the sitting area! Ruined the whole outdoor area !
