Lovely evening meal. No complaints

Great stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop and a supermarket just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend! The only down side was that the air conditioning in our room wasn't working, which was unfortunate as it was a very hot day. However, these things happen, and it didn't ruin our overall experience.

Nothing I have had a very bad experience. I was contacted less than 24 hours to go before my check in date. To inform me that the AC isn’t working. Upon my arrival I have spoken to the staff and mentioned my wife is pregnant and she can’t sleep without an AC. Especially it was one of the hottest day over 33 degrees outside. I have asked If they can send us to a different Ibis that has an AC that works, but they have said that wasn’t possible. Please avoid at all cost!

Good spot to visit Rouen easy to catch the bus to the old town. Sadly the air con had broken so we did ask to be moved from the fifth floor down to a cooler room. Too hot, no air con

The lady on reception and the lady in the restaurant both excellent customer facing staff No AC in room we did get an email to say it was broken but we were travelling to hotel so did not receive it. No fans available, the hotel should get fans in case ac breaks. The room was on front of hotel by main road so noisy

Our room was very large, clean and facilities provided very good. It was out of the city centre but the reasonable price reflected our choice. Parking was very easy in the locked car park. Staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve had. A fair few items were out of stock and not topped up which was a shame

AC didn't work

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The location was convenient, and we had an overall pleasant stay. The room was unfortunately very warm, and the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay. However, after we informed the staff, they handled the situation professionally and kindly offered us a partial refund, which we really appreciated.

Comfy bed We explicitly booked a room with air conditioning. That one didn't work so we were sweating terribly during the night at extreme heat outside (while you can't simply open the window on a thoroughfare street.) While such a technical glitch can happen, the really disappointing thing about it was the poor management by the staff throughout. (We also got keys for the wrong room to start with.) They never seemed to be able to provide comfort to people, and answers were deflecting at best. No water offered. In the morning, staff was unable to offer a discount for what happened, pointing to the director being absent for the day. Same reason for not being able to register our membership number. Just very poor management. Staff did not care, they were not bothered at all. Never again.

Location is good, only 15 min walk to Rouen centre. Air conditioning in the rooms was hopeless. Set the aircon to max at about 15:00 and went into the town. When we got back at about 23:00, it was 28 degrees C outside, and easily 5 degrees hotter than this in the room. Got no sleep that night, will not stop there again.
