Great little retro motel in walking distance to dinner, coffee, wine bar.

It is a very nice spot to stay in downtown Redding.

Good location in centre of Redding, very helpful and friendly people, sitting area outside was very nice, room was clean and very spacious. We were happy with the stay.

There was a leak in the hallway close to my room with trashcans collecting the water.

Front desk service was fantastic! Room was huge! Great shower! The bed wasn’t all that comfortable but good for one night. The room had an odor, and a box fan running in it so I assume there was a water issue? Overall I’d stay again!

Nice little renovated motel. Just an overnight stay while on the road, but it was easy to find and comfortable for the night. Pet friendly room was nice, though had no carpet, just concrete floor. Staff was friendly.

Surprised at this delightful remodeled downtown hotel. Staff was most helpful suggesting restaurants and other things, including providing us with a downstairs unit. The A/C was quite loud however.

Older building which has been nicely renovated and is in excellent overall condition. No elevator but 2 easy flights of stairs to top floor. Spacious and well equipped. Not much. There is no breakfast but snacks and coffee are complimentary throughout the day. Until 4 am when the office closes! But it opens again at 6

Good location. Easy to walk to downtown area. Nice beds. Staff super friendly!
