Wonderful experience. I was in town for literally 24 hours for a wedding, they were able to accommodate early check in which was so appreciated! My first room had an issue with the AC but I was rushing for the wedding so I mentioned it on my way out, hoping maintenance could fix while I was gone. Immediately Bee at the front desk had it handled! At 11pm when I came back from the wedding, she had arranged for my room to be switched and the AC in that room was perfect. Also a shoutout to Tiana and Ashley at the front desk. These 3 women are 10/10!

Staff, cleanliness, hotel location to many restaurants, meeting room, breakfast … all above average. Rated Very Satisfactory
-
The only complaint I have was the $30 parking fee non refundable and the $75 incidental fee that was refundable yet it was an inconvenience and unexpected

The pool was cold

If you value getting a decent night’s sleep, do not ignore the reviews mentioning the noise at this hotel. I wish I had taken them more seriously. I paid over $200 for a room and was essentially unable to sleep until the club directly outside my window closed at 2:00 AM. I stayed in Room 213, and the DJ booth was literally set up directly below my window. The noise level was absolutely insane. I understand the hotel is located in an entertainment district and promotes being within walking distance of bars and restaurants, but there is a major difference between normal city/nightlife noise and placing paying guests in a room directly above an outdoor DJ blasting music until 2:00 AM. Frankly, I don’t think Room 213 should even be rented to guests on nights when the club is operating at that volume. Charging someone $200+ for a hotel room where sleep is essentially impossible for a large portion of the night is unacceptable. If you’re coming specifically for the nightlife and plan to be out until 2:00 AM anyway, this location may work for you. Otherwise, spend your money at a hotel that actually prioritizes its guests’ ability to sleep. Picture of club directly outside my window attached.

This was right in downtown and walking to all the restaurants which worked great. Very clean and we felt quiet - even though we were warned about noise and the rooms come w a noise machine and earplugs! Included breakfast which was perfect for our stay. Parking is across the street and an additional cost though -

This hotel is near many good restaurants and 10 min drive from almost everything — great location — ONE CONCERN — There were ants in the room, I saw some on the bed, bathroom floor — not an infestation— but did concern me while sleeping

The room was clean. The breakfast was very good.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean well appointed rooms. When they warn you it's loud in the entertainment district, they mean it. The bars were bumping until 2 am and definitely could be heard whether you were facing towards or away from them.

Very friendly and helpful Just the club next door

So many things went wrong. Tv broke and they said they only had one person on staff so they couldn’t fix it. Had to move all my stuff to another room. A whole day there was a puddle of water in front of the elevator that no one cleaned up. The noise was so loud I could barely sleep. Overall the worst hotel stay I’ve had in years.

Clean, spacious room, attentive employees. Tasty breakfast, nice indoor pool. The entire hotel felt tidy and clean at all times and all areas. Check in and check out was easy. Walking distance to lots of restaurant options was very nice. Other than the sign hanging at the front desk, there was no other warning about being 25' from a dance club that operates with its doors open. Lucky for us we fell asleep before the music started. Your hot/cold indicators on the sink are backwards leaving a guest to believe there is no hot water when you've turned on the cold side. Picture above the pull out sofa is incredibly out of focus and difficult to look at. Sheets felt great but the other bedding felt rough and scratchy. I would recommend replacing the pull out sofa. Mattress was quite thin and at times you could feel the springs.

I was very pleased with how clean the room was. I am an owner of a cleaning company so I have high expectations. I had no complaints. I even checked the picture frames for dust. And there was none. Great job to there housekeeping. Nothing bad to say

This is a great location to stay in Raleigh. It can be loud at times, but it's not too bad. They provide earplugs and white noise machine to drown it out and we have never used either when staying here. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and he breakfast is very good. The swimming pool is open again and very nice!
