Clean and very nice. Positive overall.

Air conditioning not work properly. Was 27-28 celcius un room. Room size was too much

The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Above all, the service is outstanding; the front desk team is incredibly attentive and checks in daily to ensure everything is perfect. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mohamed (from Tunisia) and Martina for their exceptional professionalism and kindness. They truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!"

Location was good. The room was nice The restaurant the hotel has was great I accidentally booked a room for 1 adult instead of 2. Even though the prices are the same for 1 or 2 adults, they charged me a fee for an extra guest.

Attic rooms without normal windows—only roof ones. Delay with check-in and no little compensation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was beyond what I expected. Nice., spacious, clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and the room was very nice. It would be great to organize more seating in the breakfast area, as sometimes it got too crowded It might be difficult to find a table during busy hours.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the dining room staff, with the exception of one young man, was not.

Location of the hotel is amazing! In addition, it was very modern, clean and trying to keep the environment green. The patio is a wonderful idea, especially it is very refreshing to start the day there sipping coffee and having breakfast :) Highly recommend The Bookquet Hotel!! We asked for a double bed but had two single beds stuck to one another, less comfortable for a couple

Beautifully decorated and central location within walking distance of the town square. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the whole stay. Everything was perfect, the attention in the lobby by Hamza and Daman was amazing.

We liked everything. The room was big (junior suite), very clean, modern toilet and shower, big TV, comfy bed, fast WiFi (not that this matters)... Breakfast was very good, no complaints there and the dining area outside in the middle court was very charming. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I'd also like to add, that whole hotel (reception, hallways, room) were exceptionally clean. I don't think i've ever seen a hotel clean as this one. Even the white walls looked like they were just freshly painted. Overall, very good experience and I really recommend this hotel to everyone. When we visit the Prague again, this will be the first hotel of choice. I have no complaints whatsoever.
