DoubleTree by Hilton Pomona

You recieve free cookies at check in, the rooms are so spacious. It’s really clean. I usually don’t like shampoos or conditioners or even lotions at hotels but this one actually smelled so good. The pool was a little dirty though but I like that it closes at 10pm.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was located right next to the lobby, but we never heard any noise from the other guests. The beds were very cozy, which are normally hard as a rock at most hotels.

Was a nice hotel. Would recommend it.

The hot tub jets were not working properly.

THere was a mosquito in the room that bit me all night. Also the shower leaks and I had to use all the towels to clean it up. I wanted to extend my stay and the front desk and reservations were very confused.

Cookies were very good

Room was 8/10 clean. The restaurant was 6/10 only because the booths are alright. The pillows in the booth were dirty. Staff was friendly. The room walla need to be cleaned more.

they really need to put money in this property. The elevator was broken so you had to call for them to send up the elevator to the 3rd floor which is a clear safety concern that no working elevator when you were on top floor and no one advised any exit in case of emergency.. This is a huge RISK. Also, consistent sewer smell since the sewer backed up which was horrific to smell for two days. I would never stay here ever and poor representation of a quality hotel.

Everyone was helpful and friendly my request was granted once I got there my extra towels were brought up along with my extra pillow!
