Grounds are in serious need of repair. And they do not have a physical person checking people in. It is a video monitor attached to a machine with someone providing instructions over video.

Stayed at Motel 6 Pleasanton and had a great experience. Room was very clean and comfortable, bed was cozy, and AC worked perfect. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Very quiet area, easy parking, and close to everything in Pleasanton. For the price, you can't beat it. Definitely coming back!

For a couple days to stay for work the price is great but for a vacation it is not worth it, the location is good & staff was helpful but the rooms were standard.

This hotel is safe clean and well stocked. No bells n whistles but it had everything I needed. It was quiet and all the guests were nice and didn’t bother me. Best part is that I was able to bring my costar and bestie, my kitten. Thank you motel 6

It was very quiet (considering it’s less than 20 yards away from a comedy club) No sketchy people and or groups. My only dislikes were the swimming pool is closed until ??/??/????. The room had a lot of lose hair around floor,bathtub, blanket. NO BUGS AT ALL!!! So that was nice

The worst. Sheets were thread bare with torn hole. Tub stained and mildewed. Toilet had a cracked bowl. A/C controls made no difference- barely blew air. Room on first floor with view of empty pool with trash blowing around in the bottom. Pounding footfalls in room above. We didn’t even stay the night. We simply left- willing to pay to NOT have to stay there!!
