Close to my Sons School, Lobby Very Clean and rooms really clean, staff super friendly and always willing to help A few things about the room the curtains had a blood stain on them and the carpet was pretty dirty in the rooms like it has not been changed or cleaned in quite some time! Please put grip on the bathtubs/ showers it’s very slippery even with the handle in there to hold on to! Plus provide more towels if you don’t have a bath mat because my family and I had to use 2 of them to put in the floor when exiting the shower! Also please put shower liners the floor was wet from the shower because it was too short to tuck in the tub. Lastly please allow some type of window shade for the outside window even with the curtains that are there you can still see in the room just walking past in the hallway! Other than those few things my stay was great!

I want to be fair to the staff, as they appeared to be trying to manage the situation, but there seemed to be only one person trying to control multiple groups

Horrible pool rail fell on babies head

Went swimming with my 6month baby and the rail at the pool fell on a few babies head. Was accused of people being at my hotel room that was not at my hotel room people knocking on my room door all thru out the night and running. Hotel lady at the front desk tried to charge me $20 a person for breakfast for it to be nasty and really hard bacon I will not book again

Great facilities witu good breakfast and snacks and bar. They couldn’t give us the room type we thought we booked because the pictures online at the time didn’t match the actual room type and when confronted they were sold out. We only booked this hotel because of the room type. Which was sad. Other than that, the hotel is clean, fresh and spacious.

It was a dated property but overall it was clean and the staff was great. It did however have a smell of marijuana through out the building. I am not sure if this was from guests or employees.

Great place to stay when visiting

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and plentiful. The ENTIRE STAFF from check in to food service, deserves a round of applause......maybe even a standing ovation. Attentive and friendly.

Needs improvement on hitel areas

Breakfast was good. Staff and Bar were good. The rooms need to be updated.

The air conditioning in our unit did not reach temperature. There was a sign giving us hints on trying to make it work better but it didn’t get cool enough

It took a while for the air-conditioning to cool down the room. I inadvertently booked a handicapped – accessible room. It would’ve been nice if the person checking us in would’ve confirmed we needed that. After I realized what I had done, I called immediately and was put on hold for 8 minutes. So I went down to try to get the room changed, but they made me get back into a line about 10 people. I was surprised it cost $12 to park in a surface lot.
