Vista Mirage Resort

Very nice place in a very good location. Parking garages were a little tight, so better to park larger vehicles in open spaces. Very friendly and responsive staff. Will definitely consider booking here again.

Cons: Fan above cooking range didn't work. We had to prop the front door open and open the windows to air out the smell when cooking. AC didn't blow equally throughout the condo. The 2nd bedroom was the coldest. It was too cold. Daughter woke up w/ a sore throat. The living room was cooled perfectly. The master bedroom barely got cooled and was pretty warm with the door closed. We had to keep the door open so cold air from the living room could enter and help cool the room. None of these issues could be fixed prior to our 1 night's stay because we arrived late at night and 30 minutes before the front desk closed. I tried calling for maintenance, but kept getting a voicemail. Issues weren't addressed until the next morning, which was too late since we were already checking out.

The front desk clerk was very professional and friendly. The room was amazing, very spacious, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and great for kids. Rooms were super peaceful. We definitely will come back.

The place was nice, and cleaned and stocked. Put the pillows were too darn high for my neck n comfort. I called front desk (at 9:30pm) to have service for extra blankets, a towel and a "flatter" pillow. They said no maids or anyone available i must ce to the front desk & pick up on my own. I guess this hotel resort doesn't have maid service at night lol. Would I go back here again, maybe.... But all in all, we had a nice stay and I loved how they had a full kitchen. The whole resort looked a bit out dated. But at least it was clean & tidy.

The staff is wonderful the rooms are clean and very friendly hot tub is nice but you don't want to rent it you're really going to the pool nice kitchen it fully self-contained I love it I always go there I always check in there

The location in downtown is perfect. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean, and more than exceeded our expectations. Check-in and check out process were smooth. The A/C worked great. They have shaded parking which is definitely a plus in this heat. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Facilities were good. Apartment was exactly what we needed. Loud from the traffic.

I stayed with my family and there is room for all of us. It was nice that there was a fridge and a sink that we can use. I felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

Parking is a plus...wishing to add a EV charging station though. Amenities were just wonderful.

The kitchen was nicely stocked with baking/cooking gear. The condo was clean and had a great layout for a social experience.

I liked that the room was big, the table tennis room was nice, and I liked that there was a swimming pool. A very large cockroach came out of the room. I doubt the disinfection status of the resort room.
