Spark by Hilton Paducah

Location was great, room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Best of all it was quiet. I could find nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

The hotel was clean. The room was nice and roomy. Breakfast was nice and a real nice staff.

The young lady who was working when we checked in at approximately 1030 pm on Monday night had exceptional customer service skills. She greeted us with a genuine smile and asked us about our travels. I hope this young lady is in management and is a trainer for your staff on customer service. If our country had more employees in the service industry like her, customer service would be great again. Her motto should be MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT AGAIN. (MCSGA)

Clean beautiful room, friendly staff No waffles

The cookie bar was nice. Didn't swim but the pool area was great. Requested early ck in. (Noon) and they made it happen no problem. Quick and easy ck in and out Room was really good size. Shower was hot Staff was super nice The thermostat said 68 but it felt a little warm.

Our room was clean I could hear people through the walls, breakfast was mediocre at best and pillows were super flat. When we got to our room we could smell weed.

Newly remodeled.

This is a newer hotel and the room was really nice at accommodating 6 people.

I love staying here. Everything one and everything was great. But I did miss seeing Wonda. She had a day off, well deserved I’m sure.
