The location, price, dark vibes. Room smelt musty. The property was very dated and showing it's age. The shower had hair in it and was very small. There was no soap in the shower.

They overbooked and had to move us to another hotel at Midnight after a long drive. The other room we had they locked us out the second day, the pool was closed due to a failed inspection and the window in the room was broken. The hotel they moved us to locked us out the second day and said we had only booked 1 night instead of 3. The pool was closed at that hotel and the hotel was not clean. Hotel would not refund any money and I called customer service at booking.com and they did not help either to get any money back from this terrible stay.

Excellent hotel at a very reasonable price

The lobby was very clean the room was not. The fridge was dirty the sheets in the bed were not in right Someone tried getting into our room at 930 they messed up on something at check in my key didn’t work at first. Then 430 am who ever was working also tried getting into our my room. I had the top lock over so they didn’t get in I called the desk and he apologized but I told the girl at 930 I didn’t want it to happen again because my daughter had a test early in the morning. I was not happy with that at all why would you try it at 430 in the morning. I have stayed at a lot of places. They need to also tell you at check in there is a fee for breakfast. I get prices of stuff goes up but you shouldn’t have to pay those prices for food. I will not stay at this location again. I didn’t feel safe with just me and my daughter especially at 430 in the morning someone trying to get in our room. I almost called the cops

Good rooms, beds were ok, cool balcony on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was not free but provided by a knock off starbucks. Coffee was good

Upon checkin, manager confirmed our room was clean and inspected. We then found a left over spoon under the bedroom air conditioner, and yellow rag behind the same room’s tv stand/dresser. This is all after the initial must smell of our room. We booked this room expecting the pools and hot tub were functional, except we see both are drained and a City “Closed” sign because of missing parts (not what we paid for). They also over charged us, as they charged us $60 incidentals at check in and then another $53.xx at checkout - of which I immediately called the front desk after flying back home and despite more than 5 minutes on three different phones calls, the Manager has not called me back as requested and their staff has not emailed my what is the correct amount charged to my account/card. Side door card reader does not work, so you’ll get drenched in rain running to the front door, as no covered parking. Next step will be filling disputes with CC company. Mind you we paid for a larger room, so we expected better.

Pool and hot tub has been closed for 3 months and there was no notice when we booked.

The staff was great! It would be nice to know before you show up that the pool has been shut down by the authorities and will not be usable with a full price hotel already paid for.

Mold/mildew in the bathroom, dirty stained carpeting in the hallway, unpleasant smell
-
The fact that it had air conditioning. Ours isn't working so we needed a place to sleep that wasn't 90 degrees. Mold/mildew in the bathroom, dirty stained carpeting in the hallway, unpleasant smell

Hotel is a dirty disappointment. Needs a ton of maintenance. Pool was closed by health department. Room was only half cleaned. Left dirty towels and glasses. Room noisy from squeaking floors. Hallway carpets dirty. Poor breakfast choices.

The staff were absolutely amazing. From the baristas to the front desk to the manager. Lawrence had just taken over there new management and he is cleaning the place up. He is so personable and professional friendly. The pool and hot tub were being renovated so we didn’t get to use those I am sure it will be gorgeous in the next few months

The staff was amazing. Everyone that we encountered was so nice and personable. The facility was having renovations on the pool and hot tub. But the staff made up for that inconveniencez

Check out was noon. House keeping was knocking on doors asking if people were ready to check out. We went down to breakfast. False advertising at its best, we knew it wasn’t free, but pictures of nice looking dishes were advertised. The person working didn’t know anything about the entrees and couldn’t find cream cheese. Said no ever orders the flat bread. We don’t plan to stay again.

Building seemed somewhat out of date. My pillows were very limp. Elevators certificate expired in Jan 2026. Pool was not open/closed down due to some issue in the pool. Toilet seemed to be somewhat loose at the base and jerked when you got up. Not impressed.

This place was terrible and an awful shape. The garbage was overflowing outside as we arrived. The pool was not full, and there was a crack in the window of the pool center upon our second day our floor smelled like sewage there was some sort of problem going on in the hotel. The staff was kind, but the place was a wreck. Will not stay there again.
