Beds comfy, liked 2 queens and sofabed. Good size room. location perfect, close to Niagara Park and Falls and eateries . Safe area. Check in and out easy. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

Convenient location The building looks new in the outside but inside it is dirty and broken. Management is not taking good care of this facility. I never expected to see a Hyatt this dirty and run down. Needs A LOT OF MAINTENANCE. Also customer service was poor.

Very happy with everything at this hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating! The room was very nice and clean! The location was excellent! I would highly recommend staying there.

The hotel is located right next to the state park, so the next morning we were able to just walk over and visit Niagara Falls, which was amazing! What I liked most about this hotel is definitely its location. The hotel itself is decent—nothing too fancy, but not bad either. Honestly, I have no complaints. They also provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise since I wasn't sure if it was originally included in my booking. The room should have been cleaner, and it would be great if they added a light, fresh fragrance to the air. I mean they cleaned as per normal check out standard, but I was exepected more fresh fragance in the room air.

Location was excellent with all activities within a short walk from the hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Hotel comped us breakfast during our stay. We stayed in a King Suite which had a separate bedroom, living room and small kitchen with a microwave. We pretty much liked everything. Since our room had a microwave it would have been nice to have some paper plates and plastic utensils in the room. We were able to get some paper plates and plastic utensils from the main lobby.
