It was pretty clean Our room was way too small. It didn’t look that small in the pictures.

I was greeted warmly. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and generally quiet with a nice view of Riverside park. (I only stayed one night.) A shortcoming of this place was the size of the room. So compact that I don't know how the cleaners make the bed. There was also no cable; one has to use their own streaming accounts.

- Very well located on the Upper West Side, close to subway stations. The neighborhood ist calm and pleasant, with good amenities (grocery stores, CVS, etc.) - Staff is nice and helpful - As advertised, the room is small but well made, mine had storage spaces under the bed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean - WiFi works well and altough the TV doesn't have channels, it's very easy to connect it to your phone (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) - Room has towels, soap, shampoo, conditionner, hair-dryer, cups, hangers - I haven't tried it, but the hotel has some amenities like a gym and a tea/coffee station - I know the room is small, but a mini fridge would have been great - Gets very humid if you don't run the AC/fan all the time

Beautiful view from a 12th floor corner room. It was on the small side.

The cleanliness definitely exceeded my expectations, especially given how many reviews mention bedbugs in Manhattan accommodations. The room was small but very well designed, with everything having its place and purpose, while the great metro access, views, and walking distance to Central Park and two excellent museums made the stay even better. The room was definitely on the smaller side, and I would have appreciated one small/foldable table for keeping my most important belongings within reach. For a two-night stay, the price was also a little high considering the room size, although the excellent location and convenient transport made it manageable

I booked a single room, which came with a comfortable double bed. The room itself was quite small, but honestly, it was so cleverly designed and well organized that it didn’t feel like an issue at all. Everything had its place, and the space was used really efficiently. The room was very clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was definitely one of the highlights — absolutely perfect for exploring the city. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and the subway is just a short walk away. Central Park is also very close, which was a huge plus. What I loved most, though, was the view of the Hudson River — it was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a beautiful view was definitely one of the highlights of my stay and made the whole experience even more special. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay. If you’re looking for a clean, practical room in an excellent location with an incredible view, this is a great choice. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!

We liked that we were in walking distance to some places to eat The room was way too small for my husband and I. He’s 6’4” and I’m 5’10”. It was small room. I would have booked differently if I would have known or noticed.

Great location. Lovely modern hotel, great staff, loved the drinks making facilities in the lobby. I would definitely return. Room was compact. We had 2 large cases that took a lot of space.

It was a very comfortable property and the staff were so helpful and friendly especially as we asked to check in well before the check in time and they were more than willing to accommodate! The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice view of the upper west side of New York and the area was local to access by foot but also not too loud. A very comfortable place to stay for the money! The only thing I would add is a trash can to the bathroom for sanitary reasons.

Top quality-price ratio, very recommended for a nice stay in Manhattan, NY. Being this near to the subway, there’s no need to rent a room in Midtown or any expensive and touristic neighborhoods. By the way, the Upper West Side is such a nice place - so quiet and charming! The room was a bit tiny, however that’s a deal if you just need a place so rest & sleep, while visiting NYC.

The location was great. Upper west side right by Riverside drive. Two blocks from Zabars. Noontime checkout was nice; I didn't feel rushed. Nice shower. The room was tiny. I had to clamber over the bed to plug in equipment. The elevator was also tiny, which was a modest problem when sharing with other guests. That only happened once. The bathroom had a bright, automatic light which I was unable to turn off. So a late night bathroom visit meant shielding my eyes.
