The location was excellent! Near subway, Times Square, lots of shops/restaurants and Port Auth!! An absolute “must” is cleanliness…so very happy!! Room size is quite small…sometimes uncomfortable for even 2 people!

The location was a block from an event that i had to attend so that was great. The hotel is in an area that I would frequent some years ago as a traveling IT consultant so i was familiar with the places go and visit, restaurants, parks, etc. The staff members are very nice and the checkin was a breeze. they could point out places to visit if you were there for the first time. I witnessed this and the other customer was very pleased. The room was very clean and only a few signs of overall wear and tear but with the volume of people in and out it should be expected. The bed was super comfy and the A/C unit was efficient but not noisy like some. The only thing is that my room was the back side of the hotel so the window view was the outside roof where all the buildings join together and all the utilities are located and it was low on light which is good as there was construction debris and some bits of left trash.

The room was clean, the check in and out was very easy, the elevator was small but effective, wifi was excellent, overall it's an great hotel for a few night, very friendly staff and I get back the 100 deposit after one day. The room needs a little upgrade, especially the flooring,if the room is on the street side it's noise from the cooling fans and trucks, but you get use to it,small elevator but effective.

The staff were kind and helpful, especially Grace and Mikayil went above & beyond. The location is great, right by Broadway theatres (ask at reception for tips on getting last minute tickets). It's well connected as underground/metro/subway and bus stops are nearby. There is a Food Emporium across the street for affordable food any time of day. I appreciated the bonus extras too: free chocolate milkshake sachets and tea & coffee at reception, and they give each room a voucher for a free NY hot dog from the cart at the street corner. The room was as expected from the pictures, clean and compact, normal size for a European though I gather it's small for an American! Nothing

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and I loved all the free amenities. The ice, the free gym pass, free hot dog, and free hot beverage were all amazing. The location was perfection.
