Could not have asked for a better hotel for the price. Great location. Great staff. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location - very walkable to everything in SOHO. I liked that it wasn’t directly on a super busy street. The restaurant connected to the hotel has amazing food - definitely recommend!

I loved being in a safe part of New York, I was so happy to spend my birthday there. I really wish I went to the bar and got my free birthday drink :( I was having too much fun elsewhere

Staff was exceptionally great and professional. Okay location. Room quite small. We had no view but alley looking building. The room not as clean when we got there. Lots of dust on corner of floors. Bathroom door was dirty. Mold on shower curtain. Overall okay. But staff was great!

Very accommodating and friendly staff, clean rooms, great location

We stayed here for an entire week in early August and had a pleasant experience, thanks to the staff’s hospitality. The room was small but clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was functional. A mini fridge would have been a nice addition, but otherwise, we had no complaints. The hot water came immediately with excellent water pressure, even on the 12th floor. The only two very minor issues were: the AC working too well and it wasn't controllable on the wall unit, so it was brutally cold air blasting 24/7, which made us very cold during the night time. Also, this could be just our room, but the shower curtain was too short and made it a bit hard to keep water off the bathroom floor. Other than that, our stay was almost perfect. Thank you, Four Points by Sheraton SoHo Square, for a wonderful week!

Bathroom designs unreasonably, water splashing out easily. Sink is tiny. No fridge. Will not stay again.
-
Perfectly located to food and city life. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Beds were super comfy.

The hotel was in a great location,it was easy to get to the subway. The hotel was very clean and every employee was pleasant. Genesis at the front desk was warm and welcoming and she even helped with a bagel shop recommendation.
-
good location, clean, friendly staff. Would be nice if there was some sort of breakfast but not many in the area offer one.

staff were all pleasant and kind. I like that there was always a staff member behind the desk and they were great at giving information and helping me with stuff when needed. the location to this place is top teir. As a solo female travel i always have to think about if the area im staying at is going to make me feel comfortable walking around alone and it definitely dose. It’s super convient, it’s walking distance at most 10-15 mins to a lot of trendy shops, cafes and restaurants and if you can’t walk there the subways are all at least 3 to 5 mins walking distance and they connect you to everywhere. The hotel itself is pretty clean. yes it’s on the smaller side but it is nyc so what else can we aspect lmao. booking it says breakfast is included, but the only type of “breakfast” they have is serving coffee and tea in rhe lobby until 11am which… sure I guess. The ice machine is located in the basement which is also a choice and I found it to be kinda inconvenient that there is no fridge in your actual hotel room? I feel like that typically is something that’s common in other hotels i’ve stayed at. The biggest con for me personally is how thin the walls are. If someone is standing in the hallway it doesn’t matter what they are doing you will be able to hear them from your room. The AC also makes weird noises all night long so that mixed in with frequently hearing literally ever little sound from the hallway causes me to frequently wake up in a panic because it almost always sounded like someone was trying to entire my room. If you are a light sleeper I genuinely think you would not like staying at this place.
