No breakfast service A hidden $150 pet fee nonrefundable. this is was a hidden charge for all customers every day that is bad business practice. I was told that it was hidden in the contract if I look for it, I could find it.

I like the location and the price was fair. The rooms are too small. There wasn't even a chair to sit on, so we were sitting on the bed and no table in the room. We stayed there for four nights and were expecting our rooms would be cleaned at least every other day as part of the room service, but we were told that there won't be any cleaning service provided throughout our stay and we have to clean it ourselves. That was weird and unexpected.

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The common areas inside the resort were clean. The direct beach access was ideal for a beach day. The noise level especially at night with other guests blasting music through the halls and clearly smoking on the balconies despite the signs everywhere prohibiting it were disruptive to sleep, especially for our small child. The common areas inside the resort were very clean, however the room had hair throughout that was sticking to everything, the bathroom had mildew buildup behind the door, and we were unable to have the balcony door open at all due to the various odors of smoke circulating constantly. The pool areas were constantly packed full, and when we did make our way in we found used bandaids in both the kids splash area and the neighboring pool. We didn’t spend much time in the common areas because they were very crowded with constant timeshare tours. We were planning to complete our stay despite not being very comfortable, but when returning to the resort from an outing the evening before we were due to check out there were multiple police officers detaining someone out front that we had to walk through to get our sleeping child inside. We opted to leave and drove home during the night rather than stick around.

Our stay at Westgate truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The accommodations were top-notch. Our room was spotlessly clean, the temperature control worked perfectly, and both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The absolute highlight of our stay was the gorgeous oceanfront view. We spent hours on the private balcony each evening just relaxing and watching the waves. Every facility on the property was clean and in perfect working condition. The pools were beautifully maintained and comfortably warm. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking. The only thing that was a bit unpleasant was the water pressure in the shower; it was too light.

The whole property is laid out well. The sports bar is awesome and the drinks and food were great. Place has great beach access and parking is plenty on grounds.

A three-night stay with family, we enjoyed the comfortable but not spacious room. Pretty quiet nights considering the amusement park across the street. Parking in a garage that is not connected to the hotel was the biggest challenge. The beach front pool deck was a pleasant respite from the intense heat of an August weekend. Would probably opt for a stay that did not have an amenities fee.

Property was great. Beach was clean, free chairs for use was a nice touch. Pools, property, rooms were all in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room!

Overall the property was fine, staff was okay. You have to pay for beach chairs, umbrellas, and bike rentals even though when you check on you are told these things are free. Not worth the exuberant resort fee.

The room had a mildew smell in it there solution was they gave me a can of spray to use, the bath tub shower handle was broken, the tv was broke the whole stay it stayed frozen whenever we tried to watch it, went down stairs to go swimming no life guard you swim at your own risk even children, the hall leading to the pool has a foul smell. If you wanted your bed fixed you had to go to the front desk to ask someone to fix it, we had to ask for towels and wash clothes every day, Expedia advertised that your taxed and fees are included that is a lie because we paid taxes and fees with Expedia and had to pay them again at the hotel it seems like the hotel and Expedia has some kind of scam set up for customers and when you try to address it Expedia give you the run around and so does the hotel we did not get the rooms we booked for we never ask for joining rooms but the hotel was so incompetent they gave us joining rooms something we didn’t ask for I will never stay at that hotel again and I will make it know to family and friends not to stay there as well, Expedia I will never use your booking website again because it is not good and if I would have seen all of the bad reviews I would have never choose Expedia, I am telling all of my friends family to look at Expedia reviews before they booked their vacations.

outdated old tv, no Wi-Fi tv, we’re disappointed we can’t watch Netflix or YouTube like in other hotels. We usually enjoy watching movies in our room but sadly tv not able to connect to Wi-Fi. Smart tv is affordable now, they need to change to standard smart tv so we all enjoy to stay in hotel.the staffs are nice, the room & bathroom is outdated no granite. We pay extra for the room balcony infront of beach view is breathtaking but no jet tub in bathroom
