Terrible place to stay

No breakfast offered, horrible location The ac didn’t work after I asked for it to be fixed, holes in the wall, walls were dirty, mold, carpet was so dirty it turned my kids feet black, no room service, no towels, no blankets on the bed! The bolt lock to the door wouldn’t lock! It was not comfortable at all to be honest it needs to be shut down for how disgusting it was and how much I paid for the weekend

Location The ceiling was failing down in our room. The curtains were ripped carpet was riped and room still had cracker wrappers in the floor

The location was great. The room we booked wasn't the room we got. We got a corner room that looked like a closet. The air was not cooling when we arrived,we cleaned the filter and it was doing the best it could do. We received one towel the the 5 days we were there. No wash clothes bedding or maid service.

The best thing going for this property was the price. But keep in mind you get what you pay for. The location was run down and in bad condition.

This was nastiest place I have ever stayed at!! Would never recommend to anyone!! Would tell people to avoid no matter how cheap the rate is!! Didn’t like anything about this place!!!

The fact every room oceanfront The building needed a lot of major repairs and not very clean.

Ocean view Sink leaked ,the ac didn't work, was very dirty,and moldy, Had cockroaches. Also Had to go down and get my own towels and wash cloths. Staff on the second shift was very rude. Only had one small vending machines. Parking was horrible aswell. Didn't even have coffee in the lobby. The loveseat was not a pullout bed ,so my aunt had to sleep on a very hard loveseat. Don't buy into the pictures the are very decieving. Ride the elevator at your own risk as the pulleys are wore out and the elevator shakes while in motion. The inspection was dated 12/07/ 2023

The location was good The air in my room was blowing out like it was stuck on fan mode but the one in other room was great

We showed up to check in and the lady didnt even get up to greet us she yelled from another room what we needed i said we are here to check in? and then she finally got up. Parking is terrible and rooms are super run down and dirty, lots of mold. Litter all over the place outside. We stayed 4 nights and never once took our shoes off inside because the carpets are so filthy your feet are black after a few minutes and it just felt so grimey. Bed was hard as a rock and you could feel every spring. Lots of stains on the blankets and no towels included. The shower curtain wasnt even connected to the wall so it was a constant battle to not knock it down. We just went to Walmart and bought a few towels on our own because we wouldn't trust what they would give us if we asked. When you turn the light on in the bathroom theres a horrible screaming noise. And there was a homeless man asleep on the nasty beach chairs provided literally a step outside our balcony door. This was just a really gross place to sleep. The only redeeming quality was how close it is to the beach thats it.

The only thing I liked was the view. And that there was a microwave and a mini fridge. This hotel charges way too much money for what you get. The room is empty except for a basic bed, one single chair, a small fridge, and a microwave.

Closeness to the beach Morning staff is incredible Night staff is rude and doesnt really take guest seriously

The location. It was on the beach They could not accommodate all the cars so I had to park 2-3 blocks away. I had paid for a 5 night stay, but left after 2 days. There wasn't even any coffee in the room. I had to go to the office to get towels for a shower... every day. I didnt even ask for a refund for the last 3 nights

There was no breakfast Staff was rude, and made us felt like we was bothering them even though it was their job. Could only get four towels at a time even though we have a family five. Parking was miserable, we had to park clear across the street in another hotel not once, but three different times. Rooms was horrible, stains everywhere. WiFi kept cutting out, beds was hard as a rock, asked staff for an extra pill couldn’t do it. WILL NOT be staying again!
