Very good

Hotel was nice short staffed. Had to wait at checkin as rooms were not ready. Prepaid for valet parking and am still waiting for a refund when I was charged again upon checkout.

Great spot on the river with lots of food options around.Nice amenities, loved the breakfast and the bar options on site, pool, games, the courtyard, accommodating staff. The room was clean. Thank you! The courtyard can get noisy late at night,but they provide earplugs.

It was beautiful, very clean very modern. We will definitely stay again. Absolutely nothing the property was beautiful perfectly placed as well if I may add

Comfortable, great location. The shampoo smelled amazing! I actually got an eye roll when checking out because the clerk was just going to walk away and I showed up. The breakfast was lackluster.

Breakfast Choices were good. An issue was poor process & not enough staff . One needed to order & pay for bkfast at front desk at same time many guests wanting bkf wanted to check out. Took too long. Gym was good. One had to pay for bkf at front desk & also often guests were trying to check out . Parking attendant very helpful although the valet space to park was far for attendant over bridge across the street… so took attendant a good while. Price for valet parking was outrageous . Anyone with mobility issues had to use it as other pkg was not close to hotel & a long walk .Thus it was especially hard for older or mobility challenged guests.

The hotel is a block from Fiserv Forum making it very easy to get to the venue for Bucks games or concerts. The room is comfortable, however there is construction across the street so expect noise at 7AM on weekdays for at least a few years. Not all rooms face the constructions which makes it interesting and more fun if you're on the river. One thing that I liked was that the emails that you get from them welcoming you and thanking you are sent by real people that I met and interacted is. There is no ice machine and bags of ice available, except they aren't always in the freezers. If you use valet parking (which is the only parking available on-site), plan to wait, and wait. I requested my car and was initially #26 in the queue. I paid $5 (DO THIS) to bump up to #2....and still it took 40 minutes to get our car.

The location to downtown venues and entertainment is spot on.

Good location close to forum and short ride to festival grounds.

Nice location right in the middle of downtown. Close to restaurants, bar, sporting events locations, drugstore and supermarkets.

The room carpet seemed in need of a deep cleaning.

Rooms were clean. Staff was exemplary Room was worn had to call maintenance on arrival to fix sliding door pool area was extremely hot

The staff was marvelous! Our toilet handle didn't work, there's black handprints on the unside of the bathroom door, bedroom ceiling paint peeling, mold on the grout in the bath shower.

The location was great! Close to the river walk and a bunch of fun bars and restaurants. The room was very clean, the staff were great and the bartender was fun and knowledgeable. The parking is offered through valet service and it is pretty pricey which was my only issue. Other than that, it was overall a fantastic experience.
