YOTEL Miami, Select by Hilton

The price that we booked at changed and we were told that that’s not the price they had.

The rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly . The bar service was great! The food was delicious. We had a wonderful stay there and the location was good.

Room was nice but one staff member wasn’t very friendly

Beds were super small , bathroom has no privacy except clear glass door . Pool closed early . No space for storage / luggage , very small rooms .

I arrived late at night and checked in at YOTEL, which caused some confusion and delays before I was redirected to next door to access the unit. The room was very small for four adults, with a sofa bed and bunk bed, leaving very little space for luggage. Amenities were also minimal—only one small bar of soap and two towels. There were two maintenance issues, including a loose window blind and a loose bathroom towel holder. We reported these issues to document the existing damage but declined repair assistance because we were uncomfortable having someone enter the third-party-managed unit while we were away. We were also temporarily locked out after our reservation was modified in the app, and security refused to let us back in. Fortunately, we were able to wait in the nearby YOTEL-managed property's sitting area until the issue was resolved. All communication is through text using an app, just to be aware. I guess I got what I paid for, but there is still scope for improvement in that price range; for the same price in Brickell, I had a wonderful experience.

Beds are bad.

All the staff was wonderful, let us check in at 10:00 am at no extra charge, our rooms were ready which was very nice! Rooftop was great. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Lazy staff

I stayed here one night before my cruise . Yotel was well kept up, I loved the amenities that they had as well as the views of downtown Miami from my room. The reason im taking off a few stars is because the morning I was leaving, I took a shower and had no idea that there was water leaking everywhere. When I got out, of course I attempted to clean up as much as possible. Then I get a knock on my door from management saying there is a leak coming from the ceiling from my room. I explained to him that I just took a shower and absolutely had no idea that the water was even leaking into my room floor let alone leaking through the ceiling. I explained how sorry I was even though I don’t believe that was my fault ? He asked when I would be done getting dressed so they can fix the issue but I know he was very upset and I felt like I was being rushed out of my room. I waited a few days for my deposit and never received it. I understand why they were upset but I feel like this wasn’t my fault, I genuinely did not know water was leaking out. I’m disappointed because other than that situation I absolutely loved Yotel. I would love to come back but that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Only stayed one night but was fun, the breakfast was great staff is friendly

The hotel was very European. It was clean, nice, and gave us two free beer coupons. The pool is covered so that means no sun, which if you are hot may be nice. We wanted sun. The bathrooms offer little privacy. If you are staying in a room with others it can be a bit uncomfortable. Frosted glass and no area to change. It is very strange.

The room isn’t ready by the check in time but are too particular regarding the check out time. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel staff is very friendly and will help if you need help the hotel is very nice the room was great clean and the bed I loved
