Perfect location and easy access. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect 5 min walk to Brickell city Center. A lot of shops and restaurants. One elevator was not working, which was a downside. Staff was friendly. TV was not working well would not allow me to sign into the streaming apps and partially damage in the bottom with lines if you care about the TV. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

El único detalle es que el estacionamiento tiene un costo adicional, aunque hay estacionamientos cercanos con opciones más económicas. También noté un pequeño inconveniente con la ducha del baño, ya que hacía un ruido extraño, aunque funcionaba correctamente. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

The front desk, each and every one of them, were wonderful. Very professional and helpful. Joshua went the extra mile to help me get dinner. Having transport to the port was exceptional. It arrived on time got us to the ship quickly.

This is a nice hotel located in downtown Miami brickell area. It was cozy and quiet for the area. Our room was nice and the hotel was clean. The entrance of the hotel and the signage could be a bit more visible to guests driving. Breakfast choices were limited but the front desk staff was very good. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a value hotel in downtown Miami.
