My one and only complaint was that if you went to the beach, Chairs and towels were included in the daily resort fee but the umbrella was not. They charged an extra 35 a day for it. That being said, I would definitely stay again

Very friendly

Location Next to coffee shops as the coffee shop in hotel is pricey & does not taste good. Guests smoking on balconies, unable to open our balcony due to smoke. Management unable to reinforce the no smoking policy they want other guests to be responsible for it. Also, the walls are not insulated, one night it was karaoke in one of the rooms & called security, they were not able to reinforce it, was super loud & again they want other guests for reinforcing the rules. They charge $75 for umbrellas & $150 for cabanas on the beach, not worth it at all. Get a chair with umbrella at the pool for which they don’t charge & go back & forth to the pool. The wooden boards on the cabanas are loose & I hit my head very hard on one of them and the staff saw it & brought me ice inside a glove.

The hotel is beautiful, the decoration is beautiful and the location is wonderful Room service makes it very late and the customer service of some employees is not the best

Excellent services

When i arrived to the hotel I found out it was $50 per day for valet parking and there was no other option. When i got in my room the AC was barely working I asked someone to come look at it no one ever did. It takes a few hours to get the room temperature down to any decent temperature. Taking a shower there’s always water all over the floor whenever you’re done even though it’s sliding doors. Every day i was there i was always woken up to someone doing some type of maintenance with a drill. Very unpleasant stay

Great ocean and pool view from a meticulously clean room. The staff is extremely caring about your needs and wishes. This is our third time at The Sunny and we wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sunny Isles Beach.

Property transitioning flags from Curio to Hilton. Rooms are very well appointed & everything is modern and very recently upgraded. Inviting bar & lobby. Surprisingly, no hot tub. Overall, great fir a beach stay. One minus is there is an active highway interchange right across from the hotel. Lots of road noise, even high up on a balcony.

This place became amazing after renovation. Very good staff. Very good team in pool area.

It’s a wonderful place. We keep going back over and over again. We stayed there five times.

Overall, I enjoyed my stand to Sunny and would definitely come back!

Good

Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in! We came a little early because our flight was an early one and got an early check in with no issues (yes there was a fee, but totally worth it after a long morning). Our room was a king suite ocean view and it was clean and everything was great! Jennifer at the front desk was wonderful!

Small boutique hotel. Breakfast service restaurant. Lunch and Dinner you will need to either Uber eats. Or find a restaurant in the vicinity nothing in walking distance. The service on the beach, there isn't any, other than the umbrella boys. The room is lovely no maid service. The hotel is nice clean and staff is polite.

The Walls were a little thin. Heard my next door Neighbors very clearly. Besides that everything else was Top Notch. 👍👍🇺🇸
