location and friendliness of staff no parking

Ok first off we would like to say we were not accommodated at all for our stay we paid for the room with the jetted tub we got a shower instead went to the front desk she was no help we were told they didn't have tubs in their hotel which was a lie when I brought up the email of my booking and showed her she said oh yea we have them but someone else already has it I asked what are you going to do to compensate us for not giving us the room we already paid for she said let me call the manager and find out she called and they said there is nothing they can do about it. You had ppl coming in off the street to sleep on the couches in the lobby that's concerning. Oh when she got off the phone with the manager we were told that Expedia booked our room I said NO we booked our room this is what we paid for and was told there is nothing that they would do for us, and we got two free bottles of water THATS WHAT YOU GIVE FOR YOUR MESS UP!! Unacceptable Horrible STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

It was close to the beach and shops. Very quiet too. The bed wasn’t the best. It was creaking so bad when I move and I only weight 170lbs as a man its a kings sized bed. Also the bathroom/shower design wasn’t the best. And our bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

The staff is not pleasant, they could work a little better on that. They could offer more choices than just coffee and hot water, it was very poor there. For the price we paid they could offer a full breakfast. There’s room for improvement. They can do much better if they put the effort and attention to it.

The room was very nice and spacious but the towels did not look clean, so i did not used them. Toilet could’ve been cleaned better. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The area was very nice lots of places to walk to just a great vibe. I would stay there again for surr.

Nice hotel close to Ocean Drive

The location is excellent No breakfast however you have coffee and tea for free 24 hours.

It's a nice little average place to stay in the Miami Beach area. The Bastille Cafe next door is amazing and its walking distance to free trolly and restaurants/shops down Washington Avenue. The Hotel was obviously renovated but it was still old, room was small for 2 beds and the bathroom was really small and tight for space. Overall it was still better than the previous hotel we stayed at in Port Canaveral area where our last RC cruise was.

Everything. Great location, cute room. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Discount on breakfast at the cute Parisian brunch spot. Definitely take advantage of it and try the pistachio pancakes!! CVS across the street if you forgot anything. We booked 2 nights before our cruise and this was perfect for that. Trolly stop is really close and it’s free, so definitely take advantage of it. Everything was great! Little update to the furniture in the lobby, but nothing really to complain about.

Everything. The location is perfect cause waking distance from pretty much everything I want to do. I have stayed a the Cove maybe 2 times before and I def love it. Jessica at the front is so sweet and accommodating. I’ll def be back! No pool
