The location of this hotel is brilliant - especially for what you pay. They hold your luggage for free in a staff only area so your bag is protected. They loan out towels/beach chairs and brollies for free if you need them for the beach. Staff were friendly and explained everything well. There are a few ammonites that you can use - including the patio and a pool nearby. There is a 7/11 close by for any essentials and a very short walk to the colony hotel to see the Scarface car and plaque. You do pay a €100 deposit incase of damage but I got mine back a few hours after check out. The cleanliness was ok - the bathroom had a lot of broken tiles and some of the walls around the room could do with a refresh. The mirrored wall in the bathroom wasn’t the best - not ideal to shower and have a mirror right there. The place looked a little dated compared to the restaurant attached which is very modern. The aircon unit was very noisy as well and some of the plug sockets didn’t hold an adapter plug, it kept falling out the socket.

The location The keys deactivated form anything. Had to see customer service more than 8 times to activate key again

Location My room was not as advertised My room was damp I could not use the tub In the bathroom shower you can see through my window and there were no blinds or curtains The blinds in the bed area would not open I did have a room like it shows on their website

Second time staying At the Chesterfield Hotel. Great Location ! One block from the beach and strip . Priced right and friendly staff . It’s a little on the small side but you came to be outside ! lol

Checkin is at 4pm, I arrived at 7:00pm and my room was not ready, they end up giving me a room next building, on 4th floor which has no elevator and room had a bad smell. This trip was not for pleasure, was for surgery and had plans to stay longer at Chestferfield, but . I complained to management, end staying only 2 nights, requested refund and of course they denied. I will not recommend this hotel. Good luck staying here
