Beach Park Hotel

Room was freezing . Cannot adjust temp . Staff was not knowledgeable or very helpful.

This hotel was definitely the best option for what we were looking for. I will definitely be booking again.

The place is very old from the furniture in the lobby to the room itself. Nothing has been remodeled. The elevator has been down for 2 years we had to carry our luggage upstairs. I will say that it was clean but smelled of mold. The furniture in the rooms and lobby are old, the lobby gives hunted house spider webs on lamps it gives creepy. If you looking for a cheap stay this is it, very motel 6.

Elevator was broken, ice machine was broken, vending machines are broken, wifi doesn’t work and TV doesn’t have a signal.Would not recommend.

We really liked our stay at Beach Park Hotel, especially because of its excellent location. The hotel is just steps away from Miami Beach, which made it very convenient for us to enjoy the beach and Ocean Drive. We also loved how convenient everything was. Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy are within walking distance, which was very helpful. Ross, Target, Burlington, and T.J. Maxx are also about a 13-minute walk away, so it was easy to do some shopping without needing an Uber. There are also lots of restaurants around the hotel in the evening, with excellent live music and singers. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, especially at night. In the morning, there’s a little café across from Walgreens where you can grab a coffee and some pastries, which was perfect for a simple breakfast before starting the day. Another thing we liked was the hotel’s location for our cruise. It was about a 30–45 minute Uber ride to the Miami cruise port, depending on traffic. Overall, we really enjoyed the convenience and location of Beach Park Hotel. If you want to be close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this hotel is a great option.

I would give the hotel a 2/10. I’m really never picky but the only thing good about this hotel is the location which was great. Other than that, we had to take cold showers due to hot water not working properly. Toilet had stopped up and reported it to the front desk and was told there was no handyman on duty and directed us to walk to the end of the hall where there were plungers to plunge our own toilet. Could not control our own thermostat and froze during the night. We could have asked for blankets definitely but not being able to control temp was ridiculous especially after coming back from the beach.

A perfect base for our short break. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and air con. We will definitely stay again.

This was such a terrible experience. There was nobody on the front desk for checking us in. They left a sign saying they would come back and never did. We waiting for more than an hour and nobody arrived. We had to look for another hotel at that moment. Thankfully we could find one nearby. The hot looked dated and it had a funny smell, like cigarette with dirt and sweat. And that is just what we saw on the lobby. They need to improve their service urgently if they want to stay in business.

The room was dirty and dusty and walls were grimy. No way to control the air conditioning. The window had rot in the wood that was open to the outside. Shower did not work. Tub spout did work, but only cold water. There was a blob of black hair between the sheets. The door locks were old and not very secure. It did not feel very safe. The walls were in and loud arguing could be heard in the other rooms, the hall, and outside until late into the night. There was a little language barrier with staff. The front desk did not want to hear about problems with the room and just blew me off. But I have to say the location is perfect for South Beach. The hotel itself was old and very dated, but a little quirky.

Yes it's nostalgic and right on South Beach and Ocean Blvd. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. And it was very inexpensive. But, elevator didn't work. The only ice maker in the hotel didn’t work. The drink machine didn't work. No coffee in the room or the lobby in the morning. The people were nice and helpful though. The place has definitely seen better days. But again, it was cheap and right across the road from the beach and they supplied beach towels.

Elevator broken, vending machine broken, single paned window meant the tv on the street outside was blaring full volume until midnight each night

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The elevator was out of service, but the manager compensated us.

I would say this place is not very clean you are close to the beach it's right across the street we were on the third floor and the elevator we're not working we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs.

Good
