The pool was being worked on so some of my family members did not get a chance to use it and work room they need to update their equipment. The others worker very professional, respectful and friendly! All of them spoke when you entered and left. The ladies at breakfast were very accommodating! If I did not see something they had issues asking me if they could something for me even when they were closing. To those workers I thank you and I’m sorry I didn’t get your names.

What I love the most was I had prepaid for a balcony room through Booking.com for my Birthday and I didn't not have one reserved through some sort of mishap. But the Supervisor Ms Susan give me The Best Accommodation possible. She is the Best Ever. This is a Birthday I will never forget. She is The Best......

Location was great, very cute room. Parking. As I booked online and filtered parking. I was shocked to find mandatory valet parking. At a ridiculous rate.

What a beautiful hotel and location. Very clean, comfortable and a wonderful breakfast. But what made this an OUTSTANDING experience was the staff. Incredibly kind and helpful. Very warm and welcoming. I felt the Memphis hospitality from the moment our family arrived. Will definitely stay here each time we're in Memphis!

The staff, the beds were comfortable, the room was large, staff is very nice. Breakfast was nice as well. The pool didn’t work, which was very disappointing and one of the reasons for booking the hotel.
