Location Dirty room, dirty linens, rude staff, not a good representation of Hilton properties.

We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Nice quiet location. Our room was the last room on the 1st floor near the exit door. The door closes loudly anytime someone comes in or out.

Location for us was ok, room was ok, not great they need to really improve their breakfast, it is getting worse and worse, everyday I had to ask for warm water for my tea from the kitchen, breakfast options were limited and bread was old

New(er), clean, easy to get in and out of…only downers was the breakfast was lame and no coffee maker in the room. Staff was friendly and attentive to request for extra towels, ADA room with roll in shower was actually useful, nice big doorways, big bathroom and PLENTY of room around the beds.

The Hotel elevators are not working properly; There was only one working elevator for both the guests ;hospitality and staff. Maintenance never showed up to make the repairs. A note was placed on the door for guests not to use the elevator not working. The one working would get stuck between floors. The coffee was cold upon checking in. The hot water for hot tea was cold. There is no microwave in guests room. Only in lobby. It sits below sold food items. and is only a small 5 cubic inch. The breakfast is prepackaged items. Unusual. Fruits are kept near items being sold for profits. Everything starts at $5. All roooms are joining rooms. Unfortunately
