What I don’t like is lack of frequent maintenance inspections to fix issues.

Wasn't a bad stay, bathrooms are pretty tiny. Breakfast wasn't the best either, but overall okay.

Seemed very new. Spotless. Bed was very comfortable.

Only problem i had was it was people outside all night to we left the next day .. but the men that was a worker said it the first time this happens. But it look like all types of women coming in and out the room...

My room was nice with a king size bed. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the general area. The staff were friendly and greeted me with courtesy.

Zarina was extremely helpful. She helped fix my tv when it wasn’t on the right input. She also helped me find my headphones that got lost in the sheets. She’s a blessing from God. Thank you for hiring her. She made my stay perfect and I would return because her customer service was excellent.

The gentleman at the front desk was delightful, especially given my late arrival time, and very helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a fine stay.

Clean & comfy room with mini fridge & microwave. Not close to decent restaurants. Good hotel, but not in the best location.

Had a very relaxing stay at the Sleep Inn in Manassas. Staff was personable and helpful. Room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Asked for late checkout for next morning. I called front desk from room the night before. Spoke with front desk who confirmed we could have a 1 hour later checkout. Next morning, we had someone knocking on our door at exactly time of normal checkout, which we told them we had late checkout. We then had someone knock on our door 3 more times after that in which we told them exactly same thing. Very frustrating after continuously informing them of late checkout and then staff ignoring this and continuing to knock on door. I went to front desk to bring this up only for them to say they had nothing about late checkout. I told them name of front desk employee I spoke with and exactly what time we spoke about late checkout. Front desk basically shrugged their shoulders about it and never apologized for the constant knocking or miscommunication at all.
