A very comfortable hotel not to far from LAX, Santa Monica, Beverley hills and Rodeo drive. Rooms were well decorated with everything needed. The beds were comfy and all in all a great place to stay. There is also a nice pool area and a cafe with a very good restaurant. Nothing

Great stuff and room was spacious The cleaning is not up to the standard I would expect. The air condition on the first night was filthy and full of dust making the air hard to breathe. I immediately asked for a room change which was accomodated. Desks were generally dusty and room service is not provided by default every day.

Finding a spot like this in Los Angeles that doesn't blow your budget is a rare win. The rooms were modern, sleek and felt fresh, and that massive King bed was an absolute dream to sink into after a long day. The top-floor restaurant was great with good food paired with front-row views of the city skyline. The location is a bit off-center. LA distances can be massive, and if you plan to rely entirely on Uber or Waymo, those rides will eat into your budget fast and it might actually be cheaper to book closer to your main sight-seeing spots. That said, if you're taking advantage of the (paid) valet parking with your own car or catching public transit at the stops right outside, it’s much less of a headache. A weirdly specific issue, but the power outlets were strangely greasy. I literally had to wash my hands every single time I plugged in a phone charger. I know that water and electricity don´t mix, but there are ways to clean plugs. We had 2 rooms and the outlets were dirty in both. The locked windows: not being able to step out onto the balcony or open a window was a bummer. The AC does a solid job keeping the room cool, but missing out on (highway) fresh air was definitely a downside.

Location for what we needed to do. The elevator (one of the two) so it took forever. We were on the 11th floor so I didn’t care for taking the stairs.

Pool area was spacious. 1 functioning elevator causing extremely long wait times. Booked room for family of 4 however breakfast included only for 2. Each additional person would have been $22. By the way, breakfast was lackluster at best with bagel, toast, cereal and some cut up fruit. I know it was continental but it just was pathetic. After all that, waitstaff asked for tip. Lastly, valet parking overpriced and slow. Not necessary. Just a money grab.

Nice inexpensive hotel for an early morning layover flight. Not near the hub bub of lax. Great staff. Nice ok hotel. Not very updated. But exactly what you need.

Valet was a joke. There was no one there to direct traffic or give directions.

The room is beyond basic, you get given 2 bottles of water which you have to pay for. None of the plug sockets worked in my room, the bathroom is tired and grimy, no real amenities other than body wash and shampoo, the entires hotel is outdated, the breakfast was so very basic, the gym is tiny and should not be called a gym, it's dark and gloomy, which is why there are no photographs of it anywhere. One of the elevators was broken at peak breakfast time, meaning it took 20 minutes to get to breakfast. The hotel is right by the freeway, and wow can you hear it all night. Including taxes, parking and breakfast, it's over $300 a night, and it's just nowhere near worth it. Find somewhere else for less money and better quality. Seriously. I've never, ever written a review about a hotel, so I'm hoping this tells you how bad this hotel is that I've felt I have to write a review to warn other travellers. It would be acceptable if it was $100 a night with free parking, and even then I'd be wary. Run away, fast.

Breakfast, very friendly staff at West Room was outdated. We have stayed here at least 5 other times and never had the split bathroom. Room door stuck so bad, could barely close.

Clean and comfortable Worst breakfast of my life

I love the restaurant. The staff are courteous, special mention to Mario who helped us with making the room cooler by finding us a fan. What we don’t like is the room is hot. The AC is on the corner and 2 of the vent is not blowing air and the 2 that is working is covered by the big wall cabinet. The way they position the bed and wall cabinet does not maximize the space and the ac. The other thing is the bathroom has no exhaust, and because the door panel is glass, while you are sitting on the commode doing your business, they can see you from outside, it is not frosted enough. Hotel room 2 stars and only because the restaurant pulled it up.

Location is convenient for visiting all parts of the city, taxis available quickly at all times Bed caused us severe backache, beds were not made and rooms were not cleaned, even when service requested

Great valet staff, great reception staff , great breakfast staff …the elevator was out of service again … long wait times … there was a door to an adjoining room and the guests were SO loud w cheap cologne that gave me an allergy… next guests were even louder I had to put a towel on the floor to block the smell and noise ../

Chic hotel but the location it’s a bit awkward. Also, you have to pay $50 parking
