Although acceptable, the rooms might benefit from a little refurbishment

The Staff are amazing, Great Food and Great Location. Lovely Views of Looe Hotel needs to invest in air con system

Perfect location and very friendly staff Can't say anything that we disliked - it was a very pleasant stay

Honestly not a lot. The Spa and pool were nice but the room was very dated and poor Rooms were dated. Felt like we had been cat fished! The photos on the website and on booking.com were not what it was like

I mucked up my booking and they couldn't have been more helpful. I also got a free upgrade to a fabulous seaview and balcony. Breakfast - all components superior quality. the weather!

The views from the restaurant are amazing and the spa facilities are great and not too busy this time of year. Pillows were not great but ok.

Fantastic location and wonderful food For the price we paid it was marvelous. Possibly the decor is a bit tied and could do with an update

location good, parking good, view from restaurant good Some (although not all) staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. My stay coincided with a school prom event which meant that my evening meal was spoilt, spent surrounded by excitable young people and their families who were with them. I feel I should have been advised to eat in the main restaurant rather than the bistro. There were problems with the lift and automatic doors not working.

Good location, good room, excellent service from staff. Small thing, had dinner in the Bistro when a wedding event was on. The hotel did tell me the event was happening but it was a very noisy couple of hours with wedding guests using the same bar and terrace area. I retrospect I should probably have chosen to eat elsewhere.

Fantastic location wonderful views

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, reasonable price. Slightly dated decor
-
Fantastic room very spacious and amazing views of the sea and Looe. Warm and comfortable. The ceiling had big cracks on it possibly due to a leak. Possiably could do with a shower rather than a bath with shower curtain easier to get get into without climbing over the bath.
